The hotel is gorgeous!! Breakfast spread was alright; nothing too special but the architecture of the space was very lovely. The live classical music was an added bonus.
We had issues with the shower and after two attempts to fix it, we were moved to another room. We appreciated the gesture.
The weather was extremely hot and it was very unpleasant to be out but we were able to walk down to the port in 20 mins, so the location was great.
We tried to get in a spa treatment but it was fully booked, we should've pre-booked before arriving!
All in all, a lovely few days.

The location is perfect, right and one of the shopping streets where you can walk to a lot of the attractions. The hotel has 2 exits where one is open 24/7 where the reception is and where you can be dropped off by taxi. The other is on the shopping street, closing at 22.00 because it is also where the hotel restaurant Winestone is located. The restaurant has a good variety of food and very friendly and diligent staff which goes for the whole hotel. The breakfast is not served in the restaurant, but on the 2. floor. It has eggs, bacon, bread, cheese, ham, cereal, yoghurt, small pancakes, fruit, a little bit of vegetables. Could have liked the hot food to be hot, it was seldom the case. The room was nice with safety deposit box, coffee/tea, 1 bottle of water each day, mini bar and shampoo + shower gel and hair dryer. The room was cleaned spotless every day! The room becomes a bit hot and it helps to open the window. Right now there is construction going on, so you don't want the window open while they work. In the ground floor there is a fitness room with a good variety of equipment. The front desk staff is very helpful. We used the cleaning service for having some shirts ironed. That worked very well.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast is good. We booked a room with bath and balcony but the hotel only received the corner room order which turned out to be a problem from the supplier. I hope this doesn’t happen again. But c trip is good with after sales. But hope they pay more attention to supplier management.

來布達佩斯，有朋友接我們到達酒店，跟着導航轉了好幾個圈才找到，其實地理位置挺優越的，門口有停車位，可以暫停一會兒供我們拿行李。酒店大堂很復古的感覺，第一天到，英語還沒適應，沒主動和前台帥哥打招呼，帥哥也沒有和我們多説一句。入住後，發現就是國內上世紀三星級酒店的樣子，不過床雖然窄，但舒適度很不錯。酒店不提供洗漱用品，衹提供一瓶玻璃瓶水，入住幾晚都一瓶水，冬天，房間裏一點都不冷，有暖氣。出門步行4分鐘就能到地鐵站，地鐵站旁邊就是超市，距離多瑙河很近，步行到中央市場沒問題，我們第一天時差還沒倒過來，凌晨4點就醒了，（其實是國內中午11點了，差7個小時）於是乎，凌晨6點溜達出來，先去地鐵站買了一日交通票，再到中央市場逛一圈，建議別太早去，好多店鋪沒開，衹在地下的AlDI超市買了麪包搞定早餐。來這裏的小夥伴，早起可以去漁人堡啊！坐坐這裏的復古電車。

A nice and pretty affordable four star hotel - perfect for families. Clean, relatively big and modern rooms with river view and balcony. The rooms are bright and give you a good feeling. Bathtub and shower in one. Medium size TV with an okay selection of channels. The very nice thing about this hotel is the pool and sauna area. Several pools for swimming, relaxing and one pool with thermal water. They even have kind of a medical spa/hospital attached to the hotel where you can get (health) cure. The breakfast has a great selection and is delicious. The hotel WiFi works very good and is available almost everywhere. The service and staff are friendly and helpful. They provide you a free water bottle in the room as welcome gift, which other hotels don’t as the tap water is drinkable. The location is on the island, where there are parks and kids playgrounds nearby, even there is a very small zoo for kids to play/touch some animals. To go to most sights/inner city/circus/thermal pools you can take a taxi with the Bolt app for approx. 8-10€. Near the hotel there is also a very tasty chain restaurant VakVarjú Étterem with typical Hungarian dishes. The hotel is also very dog friendly. We loved our stay and will come back. We also stayed in Danubius Hotel Helia nearby, but this one here is much better!

Nos dieron una habitación con un ruido terrible que venía de la parte de arriba del tejado. Era una máquina de humos o algo parecido. . Lo expusimos y nos la cambiaron por otra sin ruidos. Había dos sillones en medio de la habitación. O sobraba sillón o faltaba habitación. El baño bien. Las toallas viejas. El desayuno buffet bueno. La ubicación muy buena.

My wife is very fuzzy about cleanliness so she always checks almost every corner of our rooms. This hotel room is the exceptional one which can satisfy her requirements. My salute to the cleaning lady. Well done! Though there are only two lifts in the hotel they are always quick to respond. The girls at the counter are courteous and helpful. We arrived before twelve but the girl gave us our room right away so we could take a rest after our long journey from Hong Kong. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to enjoy a high standard and comfortable stay in Budapest.

Not too far from anything, as we walked all over the city center (on Buda and Pest sides) from the hotel, never opting for public transit or taxis. The rooms were clean, and the reception staff (I forgot her name) was very nice and welcoming. Make sure you take care of your check-in details, or at least keep an eye on your email, beforehand. You will receive door/gate codes within 24 hours or so before your stay.

EEmile C非常驚喜和性價比的體驗，很難想象以這樣的價格可以入住如此具有設計感和乾淨的****公寓，裏面廚房設施也很齊全、雖然我們沒有使用，一樓有一間咖啡店可以以優惠價購買。位置的話不算很方便，不過離英雄廣場和城市公園很近，更適合開車而非使用公共交通的旅客。

PPengguna TetamuMi estancia fue estupenda! Exactamente lo que estaba buscando comodidad y tranquilidad. Está cerca de muchos puntos de Interés y tiene paradas de bus, metro y tram cerca. También tiene justo enfrente un restaurante Vietnamita delicioso y en la esquina un restaurante japonés muy bueno. Los recepcionistas son muy amables y me explicaron con mucha facilidad cómo abrir la puerta. La habitación era simplemente perfecta con una decoración bonita. Tal como en las fotos! DDavidExcellent choice in Budapest. Very convenient and well located. Clean and cozy. The apartment was very well equipped.
The check in and out process was difficult because the instructions were contradictory, some instructions indicated the use of app and virtual key and other through real key and case. The check out is too early. 10:00h. 12:00h is the usual time for checkout.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaSandor is such a great and helpful host! The check-in process might be a little confusing for first-time travellers in Budapest—especially if you arrive after dark—so I highly recommend checking in during daylight hours. That said, Sandor is very responsive and available online to guide you if needed.
The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As a Muslim traveller, it was such a gem to find a halal Turkish eatery nearby—huge bonus!
The location is also fantastic—just a short walk from Astoria M station. It felt safe, even at 3:00am when I was out waiting for the 100E airport bus. Lots of people around, and the area is lively but not overwhelming.

JJoe0412Excellent stay overall. Incredibly clean and comfortable, this would be a good option for a long stay in BP.
Kitchen is fully stocked with equipment. Shower and bathroom clean and functional. Washing machine is a nice touch.
Wifi was fast and reliable. I checked in online, then recieved the door codes on the day (after 3pm). Door is unlocked via a Bluetooth app on your phone.
Some negatives, the pillows were uncomfortable and they need an extra socket near the bed. Also the check in procedure wouldn't be good for technophobes.
Lots of restaurants nearby and the tram and busses are close.
Overall no real problems

Остановка автобуса прямо у отеля, в пешей доступности Центр города. В 5 минутах пешком большой супермаркет.
Завтрак хоть и не слишком разнообразный, но вполне вкусный. Шведский стол.

AAbbeyLocated centrally within a short walk to a number of good bars, restaurants and cafes however it can get noisy until the early hours of the morning. The apartment was compact but big enough for 2 people however the bed was a very small queen. There was only 1 coffee capsule for 2 people staying and although there were lots of electrical sockets, they were all for European plugs and not one had a USB connection which would be far more useful for most travellers. The bathroom mirror was laughable - I’m 5ft 2” and could just see the top of my head in it!
Instructions to gain entry were emailed on check-in day, which also included downloading an app. This would’ve been useful to know prior to travelling.

SSaintjeanReception was really gentle ! They help me a lot of things for better trip but some facilities in the room was not exist like hair dryer. Except that everything was good include the place. It’s close to the station
