起初因trip.com上的評價不多 所以很猶豫不知道旅館質素如何，們後來在google及日本酒店預訂網看到很多優質評價後便決定入住這酒店。員工態度非常親切友善，房間舒適 還有私人風呂，因為我們在聖誕節當天入住，旅館還安排了bingo game, 每位參與的旅客也有禮物，十分開心！我們選了一泊二食，聖誕關係還有大雞脾送，很飽 很滿足！！十分難忘的體驗，房間如圖一樣好，下次來白濱還會選擇這家酒店！一泊二食的質素也很高！熊野牛和鮑魚真的很好吃。

We are self driving from JR Wakayama to Shirahama about 2 hours, nice place and good location because can see the sunshine with nice beach view. The onsen is super nice view face to the beach/sea and peaceful. Hotel breakfast is very delicious with traditional Japan and Western style , there is alot of choice too. The staff is helpful to carry on our bag and luggage. The hotel reception have a convenient shop for us to buy the souvenir. I will be back again, thank you!

Thank you for every wonderful staff who served for us during my stay. Especially Mr Rajesh from the restaurant. He is really kind person. Hotel is situated in the peak of Shirahama. The building and facilities is modern. When we arrived the hotel, they will escort you to take the welcome drink first in lounge then the the lady receptionist will explain the facilities and show you the way to room. The hot springs is really comfortable and facing the town. Room is average as we booked the standard room but they do have rooms with balcony. Highly recommend! The dinner meal is served Italian and taste is yummy with quality. Morning breakfast is extremely delicious compared to other resort hotel. They serve fresh sushi, fruit, juice…… and separate three different sessions to eat. In summer, swimming pool is open to use & gym room is available. When we leave the hotel, two gentlemen help us put the luggages inside the car and farewell us until our car totally away from hotel. Really enjoyable the stay and recommend who come to Shirahama.

This was a wonderful stay - the room was huge. There was a ton of space. It’s a great place to stay for couples. The room had a big bathroom, traditional japanese futons, tatami mats, and robes. The hotel itself has a bunch of private onsens that you can reserve free of extra charge. It’s a great location within walking distance of a ramen restaurant, the beach, and a bus stop that can take you around shirahama/Wakayama area.

Key Terrace Hotel Seamore is a really lovely, modern and chic hotel in the south of Wakayama Prefecture. We stayed in a sea view room with Tatatmi area, and booked dinner at one of the two traditional restaurants within the hotel complex. First, the views are wonderful. Taking a relaxing moment at the infinity footbath, or a drink in the beer garden at night are absolute musts to enjoy the sights. You can also visit the underwater observatory, or use the onsen facilities. Some other reviews have mentioned, unfortunately, the place is surrounded by nature, and that means bugs. They're like cockroaches but not. If you're creeped out by things that scuttle, don't go to the outdoor onsen. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Sandanbeki caves, and a five minute walk to the fisherman's wharf. A short car ride will take you to Adventure World. within the hotel there are lots of facilities for enjoying your night for families or groups of friends. There's also a karaoke room on the 3rd floor (book in advance). Dinner was phenomenal. We had a selection of foods from the region, including freshly caught abalone and a freshly prepared mackerel sashimi (the head of which they turned into a soup for us once the sashimi was gone). The buffet at breakfast has a mix of all Japanese standards and Western styles. There's also the delicious pastries of Tettei bakery inside the hotel if you wanna buy something for the drive back. Would go back and would recommend the hotel to friends who are looking for a great stay in Shirahama.

離れですが、大浴場やセルフキッチンを利用するのにちょうどいい位置にあります。 小さい子どもが一緒でしたが、周りを気にせずゆっくり過ごす事ができました。 部屋はしっかり清掃されており、ベッドもふかふかで快適でした。 冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫があります。 洗面台、トイレは2つずつ。 露天風呂の洗い場はお湯が出るまでに5分ほどかかります。 梅樽の露天風呂は家族みんなで入る事ができる程の大きさで子ども達も大はしゃぎ。 大変満足しました。 露天風呂とは別に室内にも浴室はあります。 ・ホテルの外 シャワーと蛇口があるので、夏は海からあがってきた時に便利だろうなと思います。 ・セルフキッチン 調理器具が何でも揃っており、オーブントースターや電子レンジ、お皿やスプーン、お箸、子ども食器、ラップと色んなものがあったので重宝しました。 使用時間は7:00〜22:00と書かれていました。 ・シャンプーバー 大浴場近くの廊下においてあり、小さなカップに入れて持っていく事が可能です。 ・大浴場 22時くらいに行ったのですが、足を入れる事すら出来ないくらい熱かったです。 もう少し温度調整をしてもらえたらと思いました。 大浴場のみ残念でしたが、全体的に大満足でまたお世話になりたいと思います。

犬連れでツイン用室に泊まりました。ペット同室は別館に限られているようで、部屋に風呂はなく眺望は望めませんが、ペット用のアメニティが充実していました。　6ヶ月の乳児も連れていたので、ベッドの添い寝が少し心配でしたが、ベッド2台をくっつけて壁側に寄せてくださっていたので、落下などの心配なくぐっすり眠れました！お気遣いがありがたかったです。 温泉も、脱衣所にベビーベッド、オムツ用ゴミ箱、浴場には子ども椅子があり、小さな子ども連れも助かります。 お料理はバイキングで、種類がかなり豊富です。お刺身やお寿司、野菜の蒸籠蒸し、ローストビーフなどなど。 赤ちゃん用離乳食まで置かれていました。(12ヶ月〜のレトルト品) 公式HPからの予約時、結婚記念日であることを記載していたのですが、レストランでの記念写真をプレゼントして下さいました。電話で直接お伝えしていた訳では無いのにこのようなサプライズは非常に嬉しかったです。 一点だけ‥ 別館(ペット同室棟)のエレベーターが狭すぎです。 スーツケース、ベビーカー、犬用リュックを背負って大人2人乗ると、めちゃくちゃ寄せてキツキツにならないと乗れません。また、別館へ向かう廊下に階段があるので、荷物をロビーで台車に載せたのに、全部降ろすハメになりました。

他の方も書いてる通り入口までに40段程度？の階段を登る必要あり。駐車場からやや歩くので足が悪い方は注意。館内はエレベーターがあるので問題ないと思います。 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 ワーケーション設備で自炊スペース、ワークスペース、和室の段落スペースがあり清潔で快適でした。お風呂も良かったです。私は連休初日に宿泊しました。客層を見る限りワーケーション目的は皆無っぽく、家族連れ、友達でわいわいという感じ。よって夜のワークスペース内の和室部分が飲兵衛の酒場になっていました。。。平日は様子が違うのかも 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 ドミトリーでしたが、ドミトリー部屋はかなりどころかびっくりするぐらい広く、一人あたりの専有面積が広いので快適でした。気になったのは隣の人のいびきぐらいでした。耳栓はあったほうがいいです。小さい貴重品ロッカーは一階にあります。大きい荷物はロッカーがないので受付で預かってもらうか南京錠等で自衛をする必要あり。 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 徒歩圏にスーパーはなく、一番近いファミリーマートさえそこそこ歩くので、買い出しはチェックイン前にされたほうがいいです。連休初日の宿の駐車場は満車で、安易に出かけて離れると他の人駐車スペースをとられるかも、、という感じで車で買い出しに行くのにすごくためらいを感じるぐらいでした。宿に事前に駐車場の相談は是非ともされてください。調整してくれるはずです。 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 　 この宿のスタッフの方が親切で良かったです。全体的はすごく良い滞在になりました。

A very excellent hotel, location convenient， the hot spring is awesome. the room is spacious and bright. All the staffs are very friendly and professional， taking really good care of the customers. I really appreciate it.

My partner and I stayed here for a few days with a private bathroom booked. The hotel is decorated quite decent and the owner is nice. She recommended us some places to visit and dinning places. All are good. The attractions are quite close to the hotel and we don’t need to work long. We enjoyed our stay here!
