Lokasi hanya diberi 3 bintang kerana ia agak tersorok dan ulu sedikit. Tetapi, biliknya sangat hebat. Bersih, tiada bau, dan semua kelengkapan yang sepatutnya ada, lengkap disediakan. Anak-anak saya pun suka. Pasti akan tempah lagi jika kami ke JB nanti dan bercadang untuk menginap di apartmen. Keseluruhannya 5 bintang!

Here’s a polished and balanced review that highlights both the positives and areas for improvement: Our family of three generations stayed in Unit #18-11 for 3D2N, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The unit itself was impressive, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The minimalist style created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as the dining table being neatly set with cups, plates, and cutlery. The kitchen was well-equipped with a water filtration system, microwave oven, kettle, and induction cooker, making meal preparation convenient. The living room was spacious and comfortable, featuring cozy sofas, additional seating, and a 55-inch TV with Netflix access. It was more than adequate for a large family gathering. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a selection of board games available for guests, which added to the family-friendly environment. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. Most of the air-conditioning remote controls did not have batteries installed, with only one functioning remote available. We eventually had to transfer batteries from the TV remote control for use elsewhere, and spare batteries were limited. The master bathroom was particularly impressive, with a spacious layout, separate shower cubicle, and bathtub. The bathrooms were clean, inviting, and stocked with a large bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner. However, no body wash was provided. Additionally, the shower floors in both bathrooms became quite slippery when wet, and despite our request for additional bathroom floor towels or anti-slip mats due to the presence of both elderly family members and young children, only a limited number were available. A washing machine was available in the service yard, although it appeared rather dusty and no laundry detergent was provided. One unusual observation was that some doors occasionally opened by themselves without any apparent reason, which was a little unsettling at times. While the accommodation itself was enjoyable, our experience with the managing agent was less satisfactory. During a previous stay at Mosaic, the agent had been proactive, responsive, and patient, providing comprehensive information well in advance, including directions and Wi-Fi details. In contrast, for this stay, communication was minimal and the necessary check-in information was only provided shortly after midnight on the day of check-in. Earlier and more proactive communication would have greatly improved the guest experience and reduced unnecessary uncertainty before arrival. Overall, the unit itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and suitable for large family stays. With a few improvements to amenities and communication, the experience could be even better.

Lokasi sangat mudah, dekat dengan kastam. Kadang-kadang tiada isyarat mudah alih, tetapi terdapat WiFi di dalam bilik. Bilik bersih dan dapur dilengkapi dengan baik. Satu perkara yang perlu diambil perhatian: lokasi yang disediakan sebenarnya adalah untuk bangunan di seberang jalan, dan arahannya tidak begitu jelas. Kami mengambil sedikit masa untuk mendapatkan kunci dan juga untuk mencari pintu masuk yang betul selepas meletak kereta, kerana beberapa blok berkongsi tempat letak kereta yang sama. Saya cadangkan untuk bertanya kepada kakitangan dengan jelas lobi blok yang mana dan pintu masuk tempat letak kereta yang hendak digunakan untuk bilik yang anda tetapkan semasa mengambil kunci.

Place was very clean and comfortable, with easy access to almost everything nearby. I travelled with my child, and my kid enjoyed the stay very much. We were lucky to have a million-dollar view, which made the experience even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back again on our next trip!

Tempahan penginapan 4 hari 3 malam di unit bertemakan Minions Macrolink Medini untuk perjalanan keluarga ke Johor. Unit ini agak bersih dan luas untuk keluarga 4 orang. Anak-anak saya suka gelongsor minion yang membuatkan mereka terhibur. Macrolink Medini adalah kira-kira 6 minit pemanduan ke Legoland, yang menjadikannya mudah. Ia dilindungi oleh pos keselamatan 24 jam di pintu masuk. Jalan menuju ke sana kelihatan kurang bercahaya, jadi perlu berhati-hati apabila memandu pulang pada waktu malam. Selain itu, sangat disyorkan!

The good: comfortable bed, decent cleanliness, working aircon, game console was cool, nice view at #48. The bad: Host expect you to contact them on the day else no sound no pic. Sent a series of pictures and videos, shock to see they asked for deposit and my passport photo as part of their requirements. I’m not comfortable with that. Drivers beware: This unit located at B1-2 is damn troublesome. I had to park outside the gantry and walked all the way to the end of the building (approx 200m one way) to get the card. The guard weren’t familiar with such arrangement had to call another guard over to assist in order to let me into the mailroom to retrieve the access card. After that had to walk all the way back again to the entrance. When I drove to the gantry, the access card didn’t work, guard had to come over again to assist. End up found out it’s because the previous user did not “tap out” so we can’t “tap in”. The wayfinding in the carpark is worse ever. Don’t know where to go up, don’t know where to exit. Turn round and round the entire carpark to find and realised it’s in the middle of nowhere. Now for the accommodation itself, it’s decent. Towels were provided. No toothbrush provided but 8 combs provided instead (pic). The cups were damn disgusting (pic). Overall will not return as the carpark and checkin experience was really a huge turnoff.

this is best apartment stay thus far. location of apartment is good. the unit itself is well maintained, clean and considered quite new. will want to stay again! (oh swimming pool is big! kids love it!)

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.
