Хороший свежий отель. Непритязательные завтраки. Номера чистые, если необходимо убраться, то ставьте табличку у двери в положение ”Уборка”. Если нужны виды хоть какие-то в сторону моря на Патонге, то берите номера с видом на море/город и от 4 этажа и выше. На 6 этаже (крыше) находится маленький бар и бассейн, тренажёрный зал в районе 15кв.м кто пользуется ими вообще не понятно. Только если при отпуске свыше 14д, и то не факт. Это считается 4 линией, до ночного рынка где море еды уличной около 800м. Рядом с отелем есть магазин 7/11, прачечная, простые кафе, обменники. Кушали в основном на рынке или ближе к 2-3 линии. Отель не для семей с детьми и пожилых. У кого болят ноги он тоже не для вас. Не понимаю людей, которые берут сознательно этот отель, и пишут отзывы что он на горе и постоянно в гору. Вам и в обычной жизни трудно угодить. Либо физкультура, либо байк берёте и все отлично. Прозрачный туалет душ, это даже прикольно 👍 есть шторка. Если вы едите вдвоём МЖ, то что друг у друга вы не видели 😂 что могло бы вас смущать. Кондиционер есть, дует нормально. Балкон маленький, сушки отдельно нет, ее просто некуда поставить на балконе, так как места заняты стульями и столиком. Если вам не понравилось, то скорее всего вы не умеете выбирать отель под себя и вам кто-то его выбрал, не рассказав нюансы.

У гостиницы новый владелец, отель в стиле Китая. Телевизор не работает, интернет не к черту . Есть посторонний запах в коридорах , оборудование, кондиционер, телевизор все старое , все как то потёрто и пошарпанно , вот это все что касается из минуса . А теперь из положительного, полотенца и постельное белье были чистые и запах был свежести и новизны. Наполнение что в ванной и у намного набора были очень даже хороши, не в каждом есть такие наборы, щётка, бритва, расчёска, зубная щётка, шапочка для душа , и много другое . Очень преветственный хозяин приятно поговорить. Что по завтракам, завтраки на Китайский стиль, изо дня в день, есть изменения не значительные, но они есть . Нет просто холодной воды , а так все вроде нормально . Завтраки было платные , но за счёт не дочетов , их включили в стоимость, мелочи , но приятно . В общем им надо ещё подтянуть сервис. Бассейн на троечку ,

My husband and I recently spent a wonderful long weekend at Naka Island and would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, the property is a quick drive and then five-minute boat trip, but yet we felt so far removed from the crowds and noise of many other parts of Phuket. We stayed in a garden pool villa which had almost 360-degree windows making you feel connected to the natural environment even while inside. The room had everything you could need, want, and then some. It was a beautiful, serene space that also did a lovely job of honoring its Thai roots. Outside was completely private, and we could sit by the pool either in the sun or in the shade on our covered, separate porch. Although we had our own plunge pool, we loved sitting by the main pool and enjoying the incredible views of the Andaman Sea. The food was great at all the restaurants, but we especially enjoyed our dinner at My Grill (kudos to Kit), and loved sunset at Z Bar which is an absolute must! The ladies who served us each night were fantastic! We also enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and biking. All equipment is provided complimentary by the hotel and was super easy to take out. The views are beautiful throughout the property, so staying in a garden villa was completely fine. But I must admit that we were able to see inside one of the ocean view villas when the gate was open for the cleaning staff, and the view was so stunning that I likely will pay the added cost to stay in one of those when we return. Some resort “ocean view” rooms are not worth the cost; I believe at Naka Island they definitely are. So … lovely room, yummy food, fun activities and stunning views … all these features definitely make Naka Island worth visiting. But what makes it so special and worth returning are the people. The warmth of the staff and what seemed to me a genuine desire to engage, befriend, and provide top-notch hospitality in every manner possible sets the hotel apart. Kudos to Kris for his role in creating this lovely environment and personally setting an example for his staff on how to make guests feel both comfortable and special. We look forward to returning to this little slice of heaven.

Not extremely close to the Old Town area, but still extremely accessible given Grab (Uber) is extremely cheap and only takes around a 10-minute ride. The hotel is Japanese-inspired, so the room decorations are really nice (and the Japanese-inspired breakfast was quite impressive). There are no lifts but the staff help move suitcases up and down, so that was not a problem. Quite a good stay!

Saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini. Ia hanya 5-10 minit dari jalan-jalan bar dan pusat membeli-belah. Ia sangat mudah dan saya akan tinggal di sini lain kali. 1. 無敵海景。躺在床上看着大海睡着和醒來，走下去就是沙灘。 2. 設施齊全。小朋友一覺醒來就有去泳池，沙灘布，泳圈，洗衣機微波爐樣樣都有。 3. 周邊餐廳非常不錯，強烈推Lae Lay和他對面的那家。 4. 老闆比視頻裏的更帥。 總結：非常舒服的度假之旅，選擇澳澭這個位置衹因為選了哦先生，沒想到驚喜不斷。老闆還幫忙定了去珊瑚島的包船，就在門口出發。下次還來這裏深度體驗。

Roomas are very tiny, even family 2 bedrooms. No space to dry swimmingsuites. Most of the stuff is friendly but we also faced with rude and arrogant one on reception when requested for room upgrade. But at the end senior manager came and did his job fine. When you order coctails to bring to swimming pool be prepared to wait ages sometimes. Location is great lot's of shops and restaurants around. 2 beautiful beaches.

A wonderful place nearby airport , which is very convenient after or before flight. Huge territory with beautiful pond is big plus for quiet vacation} Including shuttle bus to the beach ) fast & free. You can enjoy swimming pool and 7/7 food shop nearby. We must thank reception department especially friendly Ms.Soda who help anytime. This hotel is new and usually there is not too crowdy. If you need cleaning the room please ask twice and you get it as soon as possible] Sure we recommend this place to rest on Phuket

Our stay here was great. The facilities were top notch and the staff was very welcoming, helpful and hardworking. The location is good too. Everything in Phuket seems far away because of the traffic but the beach was in walking distance from the hotel which was great. The only thing we suggest is telling the customer upon checking that if the deposit is done by card the money would be returned in about two weeks, we recommend paying the deposit/guarantee in cash. Other than that everything is great. We had a great stay at Avista Grande. We will definitely stay there again!
