Fue una solucion adecuada para mi tipo de necesidad de negocio y trabajo, las instalaciones son comodas, El personal de administracion atento y amable el personal de servicios con esmero y buen desempeño, se siente en todo lugar la limpieza y el aire fresco. Es un lugar para recomendar.

Located approx. 10 mins drive from MTY airport. Chose the hotel because of their shuttle as I had a morning flight to CDMX. Worked perfectly. Due to my status I was upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. Had all the aminities you expect from an airport hotel. As a plus, it was quiet. Premises were clean, staff friendly and helpful and food was delish. Would be happy to use this hotel again in in MTY.

First time here, two night stay. I can't think of any negatives. Airport shuttle was quick. Bar and some light eats were well tended. Nicer and better maintained than other airport hotels for the price. The workers seem to look out for you like they have been trained. Feels like it is well managed with happy workers. The really good restaurant virtually next door (El Papalote) makes this hotel super appealing too.

我在這個酒店住了一晚上，一走進房間感覺房間有點小，衞生情況比較一般，然後有一點異味。在酒店遇到了幫忙的人。

service is good！food just so so！

Staff were friendly and the rooms are nice and cleaned daily. The only issue I had was with the food, I ordered a steak with mash potatoes and although the steak was okay but not as hot as I would of liked the flavour was very good, the mash potatoes had a warm crust on the top but once I broke through that the potato below was cold and I mean cold as in it just came out of the fridge cold. I paid for my meal but didn’t leave a tip which upset the waiter a lot even though I told him I didn’t eat the potatoes as they were very cold. I then give him a cash tip as it was not him that cooked the meal and he had been very nice up until this point so he got what he wanted and I got my point across. I never ate in the restaurant after that.

Hampton Inn Monterrey Aeropuerto is where I stay when I travel to Monterrey! The staff is always warm and friendly, they treat me like family, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The property is located within a short walk to good restaurants and a 7-11 store and a short drive to the airport, either by shuttle or, typically be me, my rental car. It's my place to stay when flying in or out of Monterrey.

Bien que la chambre n'était pas de grande dimension, elle était confortable, l'unité d'air climatisé semblait neuve et fonctionnait très bien. Nous avons demandé un autre oreiller et une couverture additionnelle et du personnel est venu le livrer à la chambre. Beaucoup d'eau chaude pour la douche, cependant aucune débarbouillette mais je crois que ce n'est pas dans la coutume mexicaine d'en utiliser. Je dois mentionner que le petit déjeuner était l'un des meilleurs que je n'eusse eu dans un hötel 2 étoiles. Des jus frais (2 choix), du yogourt (choix de 2 saveurs) avec un assortissement de noix, granola, grains et du bon café. Côté mets chaud, il y avait 4 choix, donc des oeufs brouillés avec saucisses, des légumes chauds, entre autres. Divers type de céréales avec lait et un assortissement de 'dulces', genre biscuits digne d'une patisseries pour couronner le tout. Le personnel est très gentil et nous avons eu gratuitement l'autobus 'shuttle' pour nous rendre à l'aéroport le matin de notre départ. Vraiment cool.

Hotel is being renovated, nice bathroom, comfy bed, good breakfast including fruit, yogurt, hot breakfast, juice and coffee included with stay. Free shuttle to and from airport. Stay was very pleasant. Check out the pics.
