حجزت عن طريق فندق ميسان، قبل الحجز بيوم اتصلت أأكد الحجز وفجاه يقولون لي مافي حجز باسمكم ولو تبون حجز ثاني السعر اعلى ( دبل السعر) ،، الفيلا وصخه ومب نظيفه ابداً ومستهكله وفيها حشرات ميته تحت الكراسي وفي الكبت، الساعه وحده الفجر طفوا الكهربا ولما اتصلنا قالوا احنا بلغناكم من الساعه 1 لين 3 الفجر بيكون مافي كهربا ولا مكيف ، وفعلياً محد بلغنا وحاولنا معاهم لين مافتحوا الكهربا ، ثاني يوم الماي طفى علينا لمدة نص ساعه ، وماي البرجه جداً بااارد ومافي سخان للبرجه ،من اسوء التجارب والخدمه جداً فاشله . I booked for two days through Maysan directly , I call to confirm my booking and i was surprised that my reservation was not booked , and if i wanted to book again i have to pay more ( double the price ). The villa was dirty and very used and there were dead insect under the chairs and in the closet. And at 1:00am the electricity suddenly stopped ( so there was no lights or AC and the phone of the room didn’t work so we couldn’t contact the lobby) i called from my phone and when the answered they told me that the electricity will be closed from 1:00am to 3:00am and that they informed us ( but they didn’t inform us ) and after a long conversation they started the electricity at 1:40am, The second day the water stopped for 30 minutes. And the pool water was sooo cold and they told us there is no heater. It was the worst experience and the service is bad .

i stayed in West Walk Retaj Hotel for 7 days, it was a very pleasant experience the staff are so welcoming. Breakfast was huge and it had many option with the chefs frying the eggs for you with multiple toppings and smells that will wake you up.Fancy coffee machine and fresh fruits Room: very new they just opened the hotel, many rooms in the floor (only three floors) served by 2 lefts area's (each have two) with a big parking space in the basement. i remommand that you ask for a room near the lefts otherwise you will walk around 1 min or so from the left to the room. The room is small, everything is compact i.e the cupboard is just a corner in the room which a sliding metal door which does not block everything, the safe was on the same place where you keep your bag so i kept the safe on top and put my bag where it belogs & the automatic light is annoying i had to cover it so that it does not turn on when i move while sleeping The shower is amazing good pressure with the bodywash & soap available Location wise you will not sleep hungry, everything is around you from restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. it is quite busy in the evening but clears by 10 PM with less traffic

We spent 4 nights at beautiful Habitas albrouq in January 2025. Our stay was fantastic. The resort itself is beautiful and filled with breathtaking views. but for us the highlight was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly and respectful, and made sure that our experience was a great one, and were available for all of our questions and impromptu needs The villas were beautiful. Very clean and spotless. Fresh linen was change on Daily and all necessary amenities were replaced without any delay. We had a home away fro home feeling. GREAT housekeeping service always without any delays. Everything is top notch. It was a flawless stay, and we will definitely be coming back to Habitas albrouq in the future.
