This was a PARADISE for us in Goa, not only for the facilities, the landscape, the beautiful cabins and the cleanness of the resort...the most amazing VALUE is the HUMAN aspect. This wonderful resort is run by a family of experts in Ayurveda food and treatments. Being low season, Pradip, the manager, took care of the kitchen, he is a five star Cheff and we ate the most delicious Sattvik food ever! He also gave us cooking lessons. His sister in law, Soni explained every detail of our nutrition. Sita in the front desk made sure that we always had everything we needed... It was an amazing place to stay and receive wonderful Ayurvedic treatments and Yoga lessons, most of all we felt peace cared and loved. We shall visit you again! NAMASKAR

Absolutely great experience. Very happy to have been able to discover the benefits of ayurveda thanks to Veda 5. The Veda 5 team is extremely kind and very attentive to making you feel good. The activities are very interesting and fun. We particularly enjoyed the yoga with an amazing teacher, art workshops and quality massages. Everyone has a smile. The food is varied and very good. Many thanks to the entire Veda 5 Arambol team! Go with your eyes closed and enjoy the experience! This place is good for the soul 🙏

A great experience from start to finish. I came for rest and relaxation. And chose the detox package. Shaiji was my masseuse for the week and from arriving very tense and tight i leave loose and revitalised. Dr dhanya is the avyerdic doctor and goes through a very comprehensive questionare to best fit ur health and nutrition needs Sony is very knowledgable regarding the sattvik food that is prepared and each dish is well thought out to suit your health needs Sita on reception was above accomodating and organising any outings i wanted to do The cleaning and waiting are also very pleasant and accomadting. Mornings had yoga classes and meditation and soundbaths throughout the day interspersed with daily massages, facials and other relaxtion. The view onto the lake while ready a book is something to savour I would definitley recommend to anyone who wants to get away from it all. 10/10 would 100% recommend 🙏

I had a wonderful time at veda5. The premises is really clean and beautiful, the food was very good, the yoga and meditation were great and the staff are very kind and friendly . It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach. I really enjoyed my stay and feel rejuvenated and relaxed, I would definitely recommend veda5 and hope yo visit them again in the future.

Namaskar! I just returned from India yesterday. 2 weeks spent in Veda 5 Retreat Goa left the most wonderful memories in my soul! I was amazed by everything: great place, great personalized Panchakarma program and most of all great team! Huge thanks to Pradeep,Soni and others. The satvik food and services are at the highest level 👌 Dr.Dhaney asked how I was feeling every morning and she made adjustments if necessary 👍 Many thanks to therapist Shaidi for her strong and the same time very gentle hands ❤️ And,of course, many thanks to the yoga Teacher Yash, who made me fall in love with yoga again 🙏 20 years ago I had a bad experience, that led to back problems.. And my fear 😨 disappeared after the fist lesson with Yash✌️ He gave me complete confidence! I simply repeated everything after him,as my body allowed me. And my body, by the way, lost weight, stretched and tightened up very noticeably in 2 weeks💪 The yoga Teacher allowed me to record his class🤝 Yesterday I just returned home and today I already did my first lesson! Low bow,Yash! Veda 5 has been an amazing experience from start to finish. They have made me feel happy, safe and comfortable for the duration of my stay. All the staff are so accommodating and helpful in every way possible. Yeah is an amazing yoga teacher who pushes you to your best ability. Food is healthy and just right and you get to taste different types of food daily. The doctor is attentive and you can approach her about any problem and she will try to help. The therapists are exceptional at what they do and have very strong hands. Everyone is just lovely. I cannot fault this place! If you need somewhere with beautiful scenery, staff, food, yoga and treatments this is your place! Thank you so much for making this a once in a lifetime experience!

I spent a week in Veda5 Goa Arambol Very nice place, I liked people, ayurvedic doctor was very attentive and professional, food extremely good, yoga teacher very professional, nice calming place with a beautiful pond. Felt like im at home at my good friends. Boungalo had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. I felt very relaxed and strong after a week in Veda5 resort. Would definetely love to come back again!

It was amazing experience to stay one week in Veda5 retreat in Goa. Staff so friendly and approachable. Individual treatment arrange by Aurveda doctor with special meal options. The best yoga classes with very professional , helpful and supportive yoga teacher - Yash. He look after every person who’s join the class. Personally given advice and helping with Asanas. Definitely will recommend this place for these who wants to improve your yoga level, mindfully clear up your brain with meditation and healing sound by supporting with Aurveda treatments.

Veda5 wellness give you best in class service on all aspects... perfect serene location... A treat for the eyes...most warm team that is intuitive to understand what you need... Well maintained and clean rooms with a view that's a treat for soul... however the biggest highlight is the Yoga teacher Yash- ji..he is the BEST yoga teacher I have come across!!...he gently nudges your body out of slumber to reach its true potential... He is extremely sincere giving attention to every participant. The way he structures the class is brilliant...the body feels streched yet relaxed at the end of each session! In just a few classes the difference is felt! Will definitely go back here for a longer duration!
