I really liked my room here. It was charming, clean, big enough and everything was working. The service was very friendly and helpful. Cafe's, restaurants, beaches, the park and the train station are in walking distance.

Our room had no air conditioning (despite being advertised as having it), no airflow, and was in the basement next to the breakfast room. Maybe other rooms are better, but this one is unfit for guests.
There was also black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and in the air vents, which is not surprising given how hot and steamy the room was all the time. Yes, the decor is old and the room is small, but it was really the temperature that made it completely unsuitable. I’ve stayed in inexpensive hotels all around the world, but have never had a room as bad as this.
It was also advertised as a bike hotel, but only allowed check in after 3 (not simple after a long morning of riding). It also only had bike parking available outside—if we had been on more expensive bikes, this would have been a big concern.

The hotel is pretty from the outside.
It is outdated inside as you see in the pictures of the bathrooms.
The bed is confortable enough
Towels were fine.
Pillows were too soft
There were no fridge, no kettler.
Asked for the kettler, cups and forks but lafdy seemed surprised and said "i'll try", which is succeeded.
Hotel is 10 min walking distance from city center and 5-10 min from train station.
Overall ok stay for 60€/night.

I read some reviews that say that the hotel is dated. However, I actually like that it has character. It is pretty imo. So it is not exactly like the chain hotels, but has it's own charisma. The hotel is easy to get to, and it's next to police station and fire station (very safe :-)) The front curve stairway is beautiful, but it also means you have to lug the luggage up there. There is a lift, but to access my room, I needed to lug my luggage up the stairs. My room was not accessible by lift. So if you have a heavy luggage/ weak legs, you may not find this hotel appealing.
Other then that, the room was clean and comfortable enough. Note though, the shower area is in a bathtub, which you have to climb into.
I loved my stay there. I count myself lucky to stay in this charming hotel.

A quite medocre hotel, beatiful from the outside, but quite old and used on the inside. Also the receptionist was very dry and of few words when accomodating us. While the gentleman after us got a royal welcoming with warmth and smiles... Strange!

Extrêmement déçu pour un hôtel « 3 étoiles » réservation sur booking à 93euros la nuit pour une chambre de cette qualité la.. même un ibis budget est clairement mieux.. la personne à l’accueil nous a reçu correctement.. mais de gros travaux de rénovation serait le bien venu et de propreté extérieur.. Voici des photos de notre terrasse extérieur devant notre chambre..

Hôtel charmant à l'architecture typique de la région. Rapport qualité prix excellent, personnel charmant et attentionné (mention spéciale au réceptionniste de nuit tellement sympathique).Très bien situé à quelques pas de la gare, de la plage et du centre-ville. Idéal pour un court séjour, hors saison. Je reviendrai!
