I had high expectations for this resort, and first Time traveling with a baby I made sure it was a place suitable for us (I went with my 7 month old and my mother). On arrival we were shown our apartment: we were given a first floor apartment with a baby (baby was clearly stated on the booking), and this meant steep concrete steps to the apartment with a baby, a pram and all things that come with it. Not ideal. We had also confirmed with the apartment prior to arrival that we would need a babycot. There was no baby cot- and when it did arrive some time later it was on the verge of being unsafe for my baby to sleep in. Luckily I fixed it but again not ideal. (Note; bring own bedding as they didn’t provide it even though the booking states they did) we enquired about being on the ground floor to which they said fully booked and nothing they could do. Old mould on bedsheets - see photo. Front of house staff so rude and unhelpful. When asking about somewhere local to go to eat, the male proceeded to remain seated at the back of the office until I asked if he could come and look at a map for us. Only positive for this stay was the restaurant staff - super friendly and always accommodating. Pool area also nice and lots of sunbeds to choose from. Supermarket on site was also handy. Wouldn’t stay here again

We stayed here for a week as a family of four with two teenage children. The apartments are spotlessly clean and well appointed, and the pool is great. Lots of lovely sunbeds around the pool which are always available whatever time to wander down to the pool. There is a restaurant and shop on site, and they also run a minibus which for a small charge will take you to local towns, beaches, sights, both dropping you off and picking you up at whatever time you want. We went to Punta Prima (good restaurants and a beach which had lots of seaweed when went), and Binibca (an amazing beach but take snacks and drinks as no beachside facilities - but white sand and turquoise sea was bliss) definitely a good one for the family. I can’t thank the staff enough who were friendly, kind, and would do anything to help to make your stay as nice as possible….. thank you.

We have just returned from a relaxing week at Los Naranjos Resort. A lovely resort, with everything spotlessly clean. Large two bedroom, modern apartment, large balcony with views over the pool and seaview. Large pool area, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, where nothing was too much trouble. Lovely breakfast every morning with a good choice. All in all a lovely resort where we will definitely be returning to.

Just returned from a mini break staying at Naranjos.... what a great place with high standards and nothing really not to like (and I am quite fussy!) If you are after a very chilled, relaxing holiday with luxury touches this place is for you. The staff are lovely and helpful, before arrival via email and whilst there. The Naranjos airport transfer service is cheap and easy so no need to involve a third party. The on site supermarket is ideal, although there is a much bigger one 5-10 mins walk away making the self catering element very cost effective. Our two bedroom apartment was also faultless with everything we needed. If you want to see authentic Menorca take a short walk along the coast to Cala Alcaufar (it's a bit rocky, we did it in flip flops but trainers would prob be better)... what a place - stunning! We swam in the sea, had a drink there, and can highly recommend Piccolo Mundo where we stopped and had delicious seafood pizza on the way back. We were recommended tapas and drinks in Es Castell, a 20 euro taxi ride away which was a beautiful evening out. No doubt we will return!

We have being holidaying in S'Algar for 50 years (before Los Naranjos was built!) and have stayed here several times over the years. It is now our 'chosen' place to stay as it is convenient, clean, friendly and helpful staff. A bonus is that there is a small supermarket on site and a good restaurant as well as the superb, large swimming pool. Definitely the place to stay for a friendly, relaxing holiday in the Med.

me and my boyfriend stayed here during 2nd week of sept ,the apartment was lovely pool etc . However i felt there is such a large discrimination towards irish/young people in this narow minded town the way the staff spoke to us vs english/spanish people was disgraceful. when i booked this place it didnt say "nursing home" yet the neighbours cant mind their own business because me and my boyfriend went swimming late at 12am they dont like that . 1 woman actually screamed at me and my boyfriend calling us "embarrassing " and started on us A GROWN WOMAN i said to her multiple times stay out of it and act ur age i paid for this resort as much as anyone else. i think the pool time closing at 7pm is ridiculous i paid for a pool with this apartment so time shouldent matter? . also on one occasion 4 spanish people were screaming at us and they called me a "stupid *****" and to "go to ibiza if u want to party" bare in mind me and my boyfriend are only 19. years old these people are discriminative towards irish people . Also during service in restaurant the staff would just ignore us and focus on other people . 1 woman actually charged us 19€ for a bottle of wine when we clearly stated the12.50€ one but she mimicked us and made us out to be "too drunk" to even question. i told that to the manager and he said he would refund me but never did. Also when we were stuck in town we called los naranjos to get us a taxi when they answered the call and i spoke she hung up? .just take into consideration this place is a "family and old people place " and there is ignorant people here if u are irish dont come here and if you are young because all u get is rudeness and discrimination

This is a fabulous hotel in a very quiet location. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. The onsite restaurant, bar and shop are ideal and have everything you would need, and it is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurants. Thos is a family run business, and it shows. The staff are all very welcoming and the entire resort is spotless. There are plenty of very comfy sun loungers by the pool, which I am very happy to say were not reserved by selfish people who then disappear elsewhere for the day. The two bedroom apartments are very clean, spacious and well equipped, perfect for a family. On our last day we have an early pickup for the airport, so they made us a breakfast picnic to take with us which just goes to show how they value their clients. We will definitely be back soon! This was our first visit to Menorca. We usually go to the canaries due to the time of year we travel. I have got to say have fallen in love with this little island and a massive part of that was this wonderful little apartment complex. The place is clean and safe, lovely and quiet. The pool is perfect for kids and adults alike. The shop onsite has all the bits you’ll need at a fair price. For me though the biggest winner was the staff. Literally nothing is too much trouble this runs from the manger down the chain. Special mention to Ursula and Oliver on the bar who were wonderful people and made our holiday that much more special. The chef was also amazing our daughter has a very specific diet and he went out of his way to help us. Meant the world to us. Defo going back next year for 2 weeks ❤️ LOVED IT !
