Lokasi yang hebat dan kawasan yang indah. Perkhidmatan yang baik secara keseluruhan. Beberapa isu perkhidmatan kadang-kadang - masa respons lambat atau perlu meminta permintaan lebih daripada sekali. Keseluruhan penginapan adalah pengalaman yang baik walaupun.

A estadia foi ótima! Lugar lindo, tranquilo e agradável! Pousada com uma grande área verde, que transmite muito sossego. Gostei muito da atenção dos funcionários, um ótimo café da manhã e uma área de piscina bem aconchegante. O quarto muito bom, com uma cama excelente. Voltaremos com certeza.

O hotel é incrível,só pecou em dois itens que não havia no quarto, espelhos e lugar pra deixar as roupas de praia pra secar,na falta do sol tudo fica no banheiro sem lugar de pendurar as peças. E espelho essencial no quarto e não tinha. Mas enfim. O restante me deixou deslumbrada com tudo. Atendimento, café. O hotel é muito maravilhoso. Iremos voltar.

Achei a pousada uma graça! Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. O quarto é muito bom, confortável, limpo e tem uma vista maravilhosa! Pontos de melhoria: 1) Restaurante precisa melhorar bastante. Fiz o pedido de filet mignon com nhoque de abóbora e estava bem ruim. A carne completamente sem gosto e cinza acompanhada do nhoque massudo e sem gosto tb. Me cobraram caro pela refeição. O café da manhã é honesto, gostoso. 2) SPA. Sei que é uma empresa terceirizada, mas o atendimento precisa melhorar tb. Solicitei uma massagem via WhatsApp e as massoterapeutas não respondiam de jeito algum. Tive que solicitar a recepção da pousada para entrar com contato com o SPA. Ao chegar para a massagem, as funcionárias estavam fazendo massagem uma na outra, por isso não estavam me atendendo e, para completar passei um constrangimento ao me cobrarem adiantado a massagem, mesmo eu informando que pagaria assim que finalizassem o serviço. Experiência ruim.

Breakfast is wonderful, the breakfast attendants are extremely polite and friendly, the view from the restaurant at the top of the hotel is very beautiful and you can see the entire beach of João Fernandes, Búzios. This same restaurant gives access to a very beautiful infinity pool that provides a wonderful view and beautiful photos. The hotel also offers a separate lunch, snack and dinner service with delicious dishes. It is no longer necessary to climb several flights of stairs. Currently, there is a follicular elevator that takes you to the highest floor of the hotel. This elevator has an attendant available at all times. The cleanliness of the hotel is exquisite and done with great care and attention, the bathrooms are very good, they have cold and hot water, all the devices in the bathroom are working properly. The rooms have new air conditioning and a very comfortable bed, the bedding is soft and clean, towels are changed frequently, the rooms have cable TV and the internet works correctly via Wi-Fi. I loved my stay and I will definitely come back again because excellent service must be recognized and exalted. I thank all the staff of the Hotel Búzios Mar Hotel.

Excelente la Pousada. El lugar súper bien ubicado, la habitación súper linda, limpia y amplia. Las piscina excelente, una viste increíble. En el resto se come muy bien y el personal de la Pousada súper atento y amable. Recomendable 100% para ir a disfrutar de Buzios

Amo Búzios Resort. Lugar bem família, especialmente para crianças. Só acho que precisa melhorar um pouco a comida, colocar mais variedades. Mas fora isso, tudo ótimo. Já fui 2 vezes.
