As a family with two children, we booked the hotel on trip.com and also received an email confirming that we had booked a four-bed room for one night with two adults and two children. Unfortunately, the hotel only received confirmation that two adults were sleeping in the four-bed room. We then had to pay another €100 for our two young children, a 100% surcharge. This booking error was neither our fault nor that of the hotel. Unfortunately, the boss who came on the phone was in no way accommodating and didn't accommodate us at all in terms of price, so we had to pay solely for trip.com's mistake. We cannot recommend Trip.com., but we can only recommend the hotel to a limited extent due to the attitude of the hotel manager.

Our room was in the 3rd OG, without lift. The booked room was beautifully furnished but unfortunately a bit habituated. Maybe white nubuksessel is not really fit in the hotel operations ... The hotel boss is very nice and helpful. If we were to meet him directly, the stay would have been great. That's just about 3.5 stars.

A small hotel, not many rooms. But exceeded expectations because the room was clean and the size was right. Good facilities. Close to the creek, you can walk. There is a supermarket on the side, which is very convenient.
