Hotel terbaik di Arrochar

Stayed for one night in a twin lake view room with en-suite. The view is worth it. Staff were friendly, room was clean, easy to check in and out. Location was easily signposted and parking available. 5/10min walk to a few local chip shop a bar and shops if needed as well as access to the bar and restaurant on site. We stayed on a Sunday in June which was quiet. The building is an older building so very creaky but that is very much part of the charm. Tea/coffee and kettle provided in room as well as a small Scottish cookie treat. Perfect stop off for further travel north or any other situation. Would definitely book again.

We were in our motorhome touring Scotland and decided to give ourselves a comfort overnight stay. When we arrived our double room wasn't available so were given a room with 2 single beds, there was no hot water for our comfort shower. We reported this problem to reception, who confirm that the room we were staying in did have a problem with the hot water - we were asked to run the water continuously for circa 10-15mins and that the water would likely get hot, If it didn't then we should take a shower in a different room to the one we were staying in. In the end after a lot of time the water did get hot enough for us to shower in. We decided to have dinner in the hotel, the fish and chips was or very poor standard - the fish looked like a frozen product from iceland, certainly wasn't fully prepared on site. I opted for the steak & ale pie, which had to be sent back for re-heating as the potatoes were cold when it arrived - in the end I had to leave it as it was horrible. From the outside the hotel looked delightful but I'm afraid the substance and quality within flattered to deceive. We should have stayed in our motorhome and saved our cash. This stay put a very big dampener on our holiday experience.

Firstly the setting is fantastic and the view and the area is first class. My partner and I stayed here many years ago and this time we decided to take our kids. On booking we stated that 4 people (of course referring to children) and booked a suite based on this booking.. and thought no more. The rooms are clean and spacious of view peaceful with great views. On booking out we received a surcharge of £60 per child which wasn’t clear and left a sour taste TBH. We stated on booking of x4 people and want clear of the surcharge, because if it was clear the pricing may have put us off booking! This to me is very poor communication and should have been mentioned as your charged enough for the suite.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel in September 2024, and we could not fault the team for everything that they did to make our day so special. From the communication during the planning (we live in Australia so it was all done long distance), to all their hard work on the day itself, Kitti and her team had everything covered, and made sure that the day ran smoothly. A special mention to Kitti for taking such incredible care of my mum after she fell, and for doing so with such calm and composure. A true professional. We and our guests thoroughly enjoyed our wedding weekend at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel, amongst the surrounds of Luss and the Trossachs. I highly recommend it as a wedding venue.

We recently used a spa break voucher that we recieved for a Christmas gift and it was a considerable value. We arrived at 1300 and couldn’t check in till 1500 which was absolutely fine, we relaxed in the bar which was really quiet and had a couple of drinks before check in, the bar was comfortable with a lovely view and the bar staff were kind and helpful. The wife had some light lunch which she thought was really nice. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable We had a deep tissue massage and we couldn’t complain. The spa facilities in general were poor. The jacuzzi was cold and the swimming pool despite being told was heated was really cold, to be fair the reception had advised us of this. The steam room was the best feature but the Sauna was also of a poor standard. They had two beds around the pool so you had nowhere to relax and the jacuzzi even if warm would struggle to fit 2/3 people so really small. The dinner was first class, albeit on the expensive side but the staff were really hard working and helpful. Plenty of choice on the menu. Pros Staff Food Massage Room Cons. Hotel is dated General spa facilities not up to Standard you would expect. I would suggest hotel is good for a night away or travelling through Trossachs but I wouldn’t go for spa break again. That said staff make the hotel and nothing was an issue.

In a quite delightful location, this Hotel on reflection is undoubtedly a wedding venue, and in that I would suggest it worthy of consideration. For us we were bed and breakfast guests for one night and although the accommodations were most comfortable and the catering very good ably provided by mine host Jas, the facilities mainly were quite large and more befitting the wedding venue status. The staff were most friendly and certainly helped make our stay. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious and we commend the cooking skills of Jas.

We stayed in Balmaha as our first stop walking the West Highland Way. We had a great dinner in the Inn and breakfast in the the Cafe. The food and the service were really good in both. The shop was well stocked and staff were helpful and friendly too. Only downside is the weird astroturf everywhere, looks tacky and horrible!
