Great convenient location.Above Aeon mall and next to the train station. Views of the sqare below. Clean and modern rooms though small. The semi outdoor onsen is amazing.

Extremely nice service from the staffs. The rooms is superb and clean. Plus point is Aeon mall is just below. We don’t even need winter wear if shopping within the mall/hotel.

Good location, JR station is just next door and AEON mall downstairs. The hotel is very busy so a bit noisy and crowded all the time. It’s a big hotel but only 3 laundry machine, so difficult to get into the queue.

Very convenient location, connected to JR Asahikawa. However room is small, if you have more than one big luggage and it will be quite challenging to open all the luggage at the same time. There is a big sitting area at the lobby where you can enjoy complimentary coffee and tea, next to it is a small library.

Hotel is conveniently located next to JR train station and above Aeon Mall for plenty of food choices. We actually came by car and parking is a flat 800Yen paid to reception and they will issue you a parking ticket which allows for multiple entries during your stay. Breakfast is basic, breakfast area is actually one of the restaurants in the mall.

Conveniently located next to Asahikawa JR station. You can easily hop on a bus or train to the zoo and other attractions in Asahikawa. Very clean and modern hotel with a lovely onsen to rest after a tiring day. Staff wasn’t very friendly as I think they had to deal with a lot of demanding foreigners. Overall a good stay and worth it despite the high price

This was such a surprise stay to us! It had more facilities than we expected including a large reading room with free coffee and tea, free pillow choices and onsen/public house that all guests can access. The room was also nice and clean and we loved the location of it within the JR station itself. It was one of my favourite stays during my trip!

The location is great - you can walk to the JR station without going out which is incredibly useful in the winter The room is of decent size and got two chairs and a small desk
