Hotel Ascot dengan Sarapan

Went for lunch with friends today. This is a very attractive venue lovely dining areas that look out to glimpses of the river. The menu is quite adequate with something suitable for most people. The waiter taking our order was organised and polite. Delivery was not so good. We ordered four dishes. The first dish was delivered after about 20 mins. The next after another 10, the last after another 5. The use of a robot waiter for delivery, may look very high tech, but really stupid. The live and breathing waiter had to stand by the table and wait for the thing to trundle around and allow him to remove the two plates and place them on our table. I fail to see how this is improving efficiency. The dishes were OK, but HJ's does better burgers. It appeared that the aircon was turned off about 1:30 and the room heated up rapidly. We took the hint and left. Went to pay and no split billing available. Extremely unlikely to ever come back.

Don't know where to start!! I booked an overnight room and here are just a few little issues... * Advertised as part of a complex with garden and balcony overlooking a pool.. well not for us! We got the end room facing the fence and 3 bins... The ”balcony” was a toilet cubicle sized gravel pit and most of that was taken up by the air-conditioning fan motor, an Ash tray and a rusty chair. * The room STUNK of sewerage, bathroom was caked up with gunk and the drains were rank. *The noise from the traffic was constant and all night *The blinds and curtains were filthy and did very little to block out the bright lights outside. * Every time our neighbours (5 surrounding rooms above and behind us) turned on a tap or had a shower it sounded like a thunderstorm the pipes rattled so bad. *specified twin share, only had a double bed. Ok no problem, I'm sure being a 4 star place they can accommodate.. NOPE. Receptionist in a ”couldn't care less” monotone voice, after saying no, half-heartedly offered to give me a mattress.. yep nah don't bother getting off your backside love. * and after a restless night of minimal sleep, all I needed was coffee and food... *the ”dining room” HAHA!! Was a tiny room that had been stripped, a big filthy table and chairs plonked in the middle and some benches with the packs of cereal, bread and cutlery. There was also a pancake machine that made pancakes that smelled like actual baby puke. The milk was warm and the condiments expired. ... and what of the coffee machine??? Broken.. of course it was.... Never ever again. I'm going home for a shower..

Late check in due to night arrival. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was yummy. Most importantly, hotel provided free shuttle to and from airport just calling them once we arrived.

From making the booking to departing the next day, Quest Perth Ascot does not disappoint. The reception area was inviting with a great grab and go and coffee corner for convenience. Easy to find and park when I arrived around 3pm. Front desk staff Kurt was very friendly and efficient, getting us checked in very quickly. Both Kurt and Sarah where very helpful with direction, parking and travel advise for my appointment the next day. I tend to stress alot when not knowing where to go so it was very reassuring for me to have their expertise. Travelling with my 8 year old, she was very excited to be allocated the 7th floor. And her excitement hit an all time high upon entering the room . The 1 bedroom apartment was light, fresh and very inviting. To my 8 year olds delight, there was a tv in the bedroom as well as the living area which we could connect to Netflix. All information needed was clearly displayed in the room. Kitchen was well equipped for me to prepare breakfast for the next morning. Being on a very busy highway I was very happy to note that not a sound was heard in the room from the traffic outside. Internet access was super easy and worked well, and we even did a sneaky delivery order for dinner. Thank you to Arshan and the team for taking care of us. This is clearly a well run property with staff that genuinely care.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom cabin. This is an older park which is well-maintained and set well away from busy roads. The cabin was very clean with all cooking facilities and plenty of room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The laundry was small and could do with a bit of an improvement. Park is in a good location to go exploring the many sites that are on offer. We were able to drive to the train station ( about 10 Minute drive ) to get into CBD. Good value for money.
