酒店晚餐是燒肉自助餐，很多肉類及酒類選擇，但略油煙比較大有望改進。

"民宿是在一個文學館裏 很大一片建築羣 房間是兩個套房 都分別帶衛生間和洗浴 房間還帶室內外泡池 房間住起來非常舒適 店家額外提供了早晚餐 晚餐是豐盛的中餐 能吃到中餐實屬難得 工作人員都十分熱情 且大部分員工會中文 如果有想提前詢問的可以打電話先聯繫 加工作人員提前微信溝通 我們在阿蘇打了一場球 工作人員為了找合適的下場時間 幫我們詢問了好幾家球場 非常感謝"

"Better to rent a car to get there, so convenience is not somebody who books this place should look for.
For relaxing purpose, this is a nice area with lots of green, the down side is it is next to a golf course, so there were sounds of tree-cutting and a bunch of golfers practicing their putts on the practice putting green next to the site for trailers. I am not a big fan of that.
Service is closed to non-existent, there were staffs who helped checking us in, they were friendly and did their job explaining all the essential functions of the trailer. They had to use the translator machine to communicate, they were very patient. I can't rate the service too high because after checking in we were pretty much on our own. So not something you should look for if service is a top priority.
Best part is there is an onsen next to the site that offers family bath, that's memorable."

LLimJia YingThe service provided here is up and beyond. I love that the whole set up gives not only space for people to mingle, also proper work space to have your alone time if you need it. A beautiful kitchen set up as well, I felt very safe and clean staying here. It was my first time using a kotatsu table too, a dream come true. I listened to some cd displayed for anyone to listen on a headphone. So much fun. The location is perfect too, super close to Aso Station, where we get to everywhere.

CChing Ching CarolynThe hotel is situated next to a train station and has ample parking lots. Building and rooms were new and clean. Service was alright, nothing particularly outstanding but you can expect the usual Japanese courtesies. Facilities wise is basic, with no gym or pool. Its pantry/dining area is however well stocked and is a comfortable and stylish place to chill out at!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaA beautiful and cozy Ryokan located in a quiet town. It was the new year when I booked a stay with them but I was still able to find stores that are open for dinner. Staffs were able to speak a little English, sufficient enough for standing and communication. They made effort to remember every guests who have checked in and you can only make reservations for their private bath onsen upon check in. Breakfast was sumptuous and needed to be booked as well. If you have more time, I would recommend to book and recharge for two or more nights instead. Will definitely visit again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is a bit dated but clean. Most of the customers are Japanese locals. Dinner and breakfast are buffet style with a good selection of food. Very good value for the price. There are family baths available with no additional charges.

SSpirit_stoneAmazing stay. If you have a car I recommend here. The dinner and breakfast was amazing and the staff were super friendly. I spoke a little Japanese and they were so patient with me practicing. The outdoor onsen was the best I’ve stayed at and I could even see some stars at night!
Only down side was there was no wall plug next to my bed.
Only recommendations is I wish Onsen had ‘adult only’ bathing time as a Single female traveler I’m not the biggest fan of children during my bathing time because of noise.

PPengguna Tetamu北樓雖然離主樓餐廳略遠一點，但是也完全能接受。房間很大，設施也很完備。酒店從阿蘇站步行10分鐘左右，如果天氣好完全可以接受。自助餐食和洋式結合的很好，食材新鮮口味好選擇多，早晚餐也品種不同。温泉沒有體驗，無法評價，總之是願意再次入住的酒店。

PPengguna TetamuLike the onsen in the hotel; onsen water is good and big enough for 6-7 person to use. Japanese breakfast served by staff was quite substantial and tasty.
The room that we stayed is quiet and faces mountain and park. Bathroom a little small but clean. There wasn’t any wardrobe but there were hooks on the wall and hangers were provided.
