The Veil Hotel lives up to its name. The dimly lit rooms feel shrouded in a veil. Advertised as a suite, it's actually just an ordinary room – very ordinary indeed. No swimming pool, no gym, and the elevator broke down 2-3 times, causing great anxiety. The front desk staff showed no service awareness. I highly do not recommend this place. Breakfast，The staff's English proficiency is very poor, making communication difficult. The room design clearly had no experience—terrible job! So many pointless features, like twelve light switches scattered around the entire room. With so many interconnected switches, turning off the lights before bed becomes a frustrating challenge, wasting time as you fumble around trying each one.

A very nice hotel. Very big and clean rooms. Polite staff. Strongly recommend.

太垃圾了這酒店，水都不給多一瓶喝，房間還控制人數，一間房衹能一人入住，我和我老公去的，他説衹能一個人住，😂然後又補了一個人的費用

酒店設計感很強，從外面看非常漂亮。房間設施真的一般般，最多是亞朵的水平。餐廳號稱是全阿斯塔納第一，結果剛坐下説了兩句英文居然被旁邊的顧客種族歧視了，又搞笑又離譜。但前台到餐廳的服務都很棒，點贊

酒店造型很有特色，距離河邊不遠，沿着橋走到對面，河邊的風景也很不錯 房間的佈局也和大部分酒店不太一樣 公區是極簡風格，牆面做了水波紋的造型 入住送了賀卡和點心，早餐是點餐形式

前台服務人員超級好！！！而且房間很舒服，設施乾淨整潔！！很有設計感！

While The Veil is a beautifully designed hotel, it's also a glaring example of "form over function." First of all, I would not recommend staying at this hotel in the winter. None of the windows are double-paned, and all of the common areas, including the restaurants, are freezing cold. I even felt bad for staff. To make matters worse, the heater didn't work in our room. And, while they did eventually move us to a warmer room, it took them 2+ days to do so, and only after they continued to assure us the heater worked fine. It didn't, as the room they finally moved us to was significantly warmer. Not only did they not apologize for this hassle, or help us switch rooms, but on multiple occasions staff members entered our room without knocking first! Good restaurants, good location, but the staff needs some serious training. And again, while the hotel might be comfortable in the summer months, it certainly wasn't a place I'd recommend in December.

i do not know how to rate this hotel. rooms are great and breakfast is of good quality. staff is gentle event if only few can speak English. the main mistery for me is absolutely insaine price i spent 4 nights there with breakfast for 1800 euros !! dinner at hotel restaurant is extreemly pricy may be it is special tarif for the national fairs because others were event more expensive. all in all the hotel is good in all aspects without being great in any of them while prices are just outragious.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff. Felt like i visited a modern art museum. Breakfast was nice good choice of everything. Good location. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my live :) Thank you I will be back for sure!

The Receiption confirmed that the spa is open from 9.00 am until 9.00 pm, however, the spa people refused to turn on the jacuzzi at 8.30 pm. Their justification - because they work until 8.45 pm and don’t want to be bothered by customers. In this case, the official hours should be changed 9.00 am to 8.30 pm. After a long day, flights and hard work, I was planning to spend few hours at jacuzzi and faced such unpleasant experience. Will not be back, definitely.

Quarky design, very attentive staff, hearty breakfasts. The room is large made with good quality materials. BUT, I have a very small window just under the wall. Effectively staring at a concrete wall. Judging from outside some rooms have huge windows others don’t have windows. The sink is in the room and not in the bathroom, which is also not great unless you are staying on your own. The wifi doesn’t work. There is no gym. Surely, one can find a room to squeeze some gym equipment. Overall, the hotel is not bad but it certainly is not worth the money they charge you.
