Old style Japanese hot springs. Very good location & services! Hot springs- great!!!!
Dinner & breakfast ate so good & delicious! They offered a ride to station as we have so many luggage! Love to recommend to others!

來看煙火特地訂的這家温泉旅館，距離熱海步行超近，還借到了浴衣，晚餐早餐特別豐盛，還有歡迎的下午茶，另外服務特別好，還送我們到附近的車站，特別滿意

駐車場はあったものの、ホテルとの距離があったのだけ年寄りには残念でした。（ホテルスタッフの方が車を代わりに運転して駐車？してくれる感じでしたが、車へのこだわりが強いためお断りしました）食事はとても美味しく、露天風呂付きの部屋を予約したため、部屋で大変ゆっくりできました。

缺點：
入住時特別詢問退房後是否可以在酒店寄存行李 辦入住的人説可以 退房時被一個戴眼鏡的胖大爺告知行李寄存衹能到中午12點 問是否可以到下午3點 回答no no no. 酒店前台位置比較大 工作人員也多 入住時沒有告知存行李有時間限制 很容易耽誤行程安排 這麼不靈活的酒店很難存活
優點：
早餐和晚餐酒店都是認真準備且服務很好。雖基本語言不通但除了前台戴眼鏡胖大爺之外 酒店人員都在認真服務
酒店位置離熱海站很近 但是要走一個20米高的樓梯 如果女生獨自拿大行李幾乎沒辦法走（不過熱海大部分地方需要走高樓梯）

服務和早晚餐非常好，尤其是和牛套餐，甜點也很棒，吃到撐，可以慢慢享受，不過我們房間窗外並無景色，一樓觀景還不錯。

お部屋は綺麗でした。窓からは建物で隠れながらも海が綺麗でした。 周囲は階段が多くお年寄りには厳しいですが、これは熱海の土地柄仕方ないですね。 悪かった点 ・お一人だけですが給仕をして下さる年配の女性が全く敬語を使わず冬かでした。95歳の祖母姉妹を配膳がしにくいからズレて、と椅子から立たせようとしたり。非常識です。 ・靴を出して貰う時、必ずどれだか分からず自分で探しに行く事に。分からなくなるなら預からないで欲しい。部屋番号のメモくらいして欲しい。 ・ビーフシチューが自分で作るより不味い。肉の出汁が全て抜けていて驚き。 ・宴会場がとても寒い。火を使うからとの理由だが、2月なのに暖房無しで震えて待つ事に。 ・露天風呂があるが気色は全く見えない。 リピートは有り得ません。
