Hotel berhampiran 頼朝の一杯水, ATAMI

9月にバスツアーで宴会場を利用した時に泊まりたいと思い、誕生日に一泊しました。早めに施設に着き、併設の温泉施設で遊び、チェックイン。フロントスタッフが宿泊名簿を見て当日が誕生日と知り、フリードリンク券をプレゼントしてくれました。部屋はひとりのため山側でしたが、広くて清潔で快適。大浴場も熱海の海が見ながらゆっくり、アメニティも充実。夕食のレストランも美味しく新鮮な海の幸がたくさん。追加で注文した牛タンシチューもフォアグラも絶品。朝食の鯵の開きも肉厚でジューシー。お土産も魅力的な商品がたくさん。また「泊まりたい」と思わせるホテルでした。

Certainly, Atami New Fujiya Hotel has seen better days. As you can figure from the equipment for the entertainment hall (which is now used as a buffet room) as well as the room doors (which require physical keys), this hotel has aged tremendously. I actually enjoyed both dinner and breakfast buffet. Dinner buffet included all-you-can-drink drink bar with draft beer, local sake, and a wide variety of soft drinks. The hotel divided the customers into a few time slots. Though I was one of the first people to enter the buffet room, I soon realized that I did not need to rush to get in. While the room became crowded at a time, the staff were quite efficient in replenishing food and cleaning up the used dishes and cups. I was able to try 2 out of 3 onsens (11th floor and annex 3rd floor). The corridor to the annex needs to be evened out. I was afraid that some people would fall on the way to the bath facility or buffet. The location, to me, was great. It was within 15 minutes from the beach, and the path to the beach had a lot of shops. I liked that the hotel provided several yukata’s (size and color) to choose from to meet the customers’ needs. My group had small to large people, and everyone found his/her favorite.

I wish I could give it 5 stars! Let's start with the bad - the hotel thought of just about everything except effective soundproofing. It was unpleasant to hear the traffic at all times when in the room even with the balcony closed, but you could find a way to accept it. What really killed it was 2 evenings in a row hearing a kid running above you for .5-1 hr at a time and being woken up in the middle of the night twice because someone decided to enjoy their onsen on their balcony and was talking and laughing loudly. We stayed for 5 nights and the weekend was the worst as the hotel had a higher occupancy rate. Without that...there is no good, there is only great: - Check-in is private, seated in the lobby with welcoming refreshments - Private onsen on your balcony (in addition to the large one for all guests) - amazing! - Room accommodations very well appointed with numerous amenities and very spacious - Parking available on your room level very convenient (not all, but some... we stayed on 4th floor so even exit from garage was available on our floor) - Restaurants - we had breakfast which had great options and service, we also enjoyed a room service for dinner which offered ability to order from multiple of restaurants. We didn't have dinner in the restaurants as we didn't find the menus appealing for all in our party. - Location is great, short walk to most things you'd want to do in Atami, across the street from a beach (not a great one, but people use it) and relatively easy to get out by car (especially if you ignore GPS directions that guide to tiny streets)

魚料理が素晴らしい 温泉は貸切でいつも完璧な温度管理 今年10回目の国内旅行だが、こちらは3回目 上腕に１か所、仏教のタトゥーが入っているので、ホテルの大浴場ではサポーターつけたりで面倒だが、こちらは館内の家族風呂も含めて貸切なので気をつかわなくてよく助かる 12月も2泊予約済

アラ還…子育てもとっくに終わった夫婦です。熱海の花火を観たくて千葉県からドライブ。 日帰りだと年齢的に…と思い、303号室に1泊しました。 『素泊まり』に抵抗があったのですが… お部屋には6畳位のテラスがあり(テーブル&椅子もあります) 熱海駅周辺を散策して買い物した海の幸とお酒をゆっくりテラスで頂きました！ 花火もテラスから、大迫力で鑑賞できました(^-^) お部屋も清潔でしたし、共同のトイレ、洗面所お風呂、リビングルームのとてもきれいで、お掃除も行きとどいていると思います。 温泉もいいお湯でした！ 洗い場は3機しかありませんが石貼りの浴槽は大きいです。 ただ… 大浴場１つしかないので男女、時間で入れ替えせいです。 温泉浴を楽しみたい方には、ちょっと物足りないかもしれません。 でも、違うフロアに24時使用可能なシャワー室がありますので、時間外の浴びることも出来ますよ(但し、温泉水ではありません) リビングルームにインスタントコーヒーやお茶、水、お湯、氷、茶器類も無料でしたので、こちらで作って部屋で飲んだりリビングルームのテラスで景色を観ながら飲んだりしました。 オーナーの方もスタッフの方も気さくで親切丁寧なご対応でした。 また泊まりたい宿です(^^)

Были в отеле сутки. Но впечатления самые положительные. Номер был в японском стиле. В онсене, который на улице женский день был вечером. И поэтому восход встречали из номера. Горячие ванны в помещениях выглядят так, что требуют ремонта. Еда в ресторане выглядит по другому, не как на фото в рекламе. Нам понравилось- выбор блюд хороший, в том числе японской кухни. Напитки: чай,кофе,сок. Отдыхающие ходят в японской одежде, которую выдают в отеле. Очень колоритно.

The hotel is a bit far from the main street, and near a small river, which always promises a good start to the day. Wi-Fi network is perfect on all premises. Dinner is dominated mainly by traditional Japanese cuisine with some dishes with a western flavor. The list of ”Shotu” is satisfactory while wine-lovers would be disappointed. Suttle bus service is available from/to the Yugawara station. Since check-in starts at 14:00, an hour earlier than normal hotels, you can enjoy ”Onsen” for longer. Don't miss outside ”Onsen”, where lots of stars and planets gaze at you at night.

One night’s stay in this hotel smacked right in a food street! There were so many restaurants just around the hotel but my stomach is only so big. There’s direct bus to Mishima Skywalk. Friendly hotel staff who showed me the direction to the bus stop.

Hotel is near to the Mishima JR station (about 7-10 mins’ walk instead of the stated 3 mins) but it was at the opposite side of the station where all the eateries and amenities were. Could get really dark to walk from the station especially for the ladies. Public bath/onsen was not bad but the outdoor pool was overhyped. There was a cold pool, sauna too. There are 2 massage chairs. Overall, an dated hotel that serves its purpose for a brief stay with tea and coffee dispenser in the lobby.

急に沼津に行くことになり、宿泊日当日の夜に予約しました。 入り口がちょっとわかりづらい構造になっているので戸惑いましたが、フロントはシンプルな感じで清潔感がありとても綺麗。 お部屋は普通のホテルって感じですが、お風呂がすごい！ 想像してたのは普通のホテルのユニットバスでしたが、ここのユニットバスは圧迫感がなくて広いし、一部木目調になっていてデザインも素敵です。さすがダイワハウスが作ったホテルだなと思いました。 料金も高くないので、次回沼津に行くときは是非また利用しようと思ってます。 お風呂がとにかく高得点でした。 ちなみに、最上階には電子レンジや自動販売機があるコーナーが設置されてます。 ホテルの斜め向かいにはセブンイレブンがあるので、夜中にお腹が空いても困りません！ 駅も近いし、駐車場(1日1,000円)も併設で利便性はバツグンです。
