I travel a lot, and I know many 4* hotels that are much better than this 5*, the service and facilities do not match the 5*, I was really disappointed. + a great view of the whole Athens (if you pay for it) + always a perfectly tidy room, everything added + a bottle of water in the room every day + a small pool on the roof with a great view + upon request, they changed my pillow that was too high for a more comfortable one - rooms and bathroom quite small (even in the extra room) - only instant coffee in the room, today's modern hotels already have capsule coffee machines everywhere, minibar only by order - the hotel is on a steep, long hill, physically demanding, especially with luggage - breakfast suitable for a 3* hotel, I haven't seen such a small selection for a long time - the luxury hotel restaurant was a big disappointment, although the view was great, but even though I had reserved a table (if you book the table online, they want from you 40 Eur for reservation, this is joke?) and I booked surprise for my husband, because it was his birthday that day, the table was not set at all, let alone ceremonially (they set it up before us and unprofessionally) and no candle in the cake either, I was really furious, they ruined my whole evening. The meat instead of medium was well-done for both dishes, my boiled vegetables and potatoes were completely cold and tasteless. For this money! I can't believe a Michelin chef cooks here.

My stay was 10/10 The hotel is very well maintained, everything is super clean. The hotel is perfect is you come to Athens as a tourist - all major cites are walking distance. The lady on reception (I forgot her name, sorry) with short hair was very helpful, I followed her recommendations and my first day in Athens was ideal. Special thanks to Ludmila - she is a real asset to the company; she is a bighearted lady who made me feel very welcoming my entire stay. Thank you team ❤️

Most awesome experience in 25 years travelling the globe. Will come back in May when rooftop pool is open. Everything in this completely new hotel is impeccable. Breakfast in the rooftop terrace viewing the Acropolis. Never ending choice of fresh foods, highly professional staff, latest electronic and digital tools, very sizeable, Functional rooms, 40 TV stations, steam room, sauna and pool and gym 24/7 open, brandnew, extremely clean. Location is outstanding, within minutes of all major sightseeings. 9.9 out of 10. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. And outstanding value for money. Efcharisto to everyone. 😎🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Have been several times to this hotel and sadly it's ageing too fast... cheap capsules replaced Nespresso, bathrobes show their age, jacuzzi in the pool only partly operational, shower leaking, etc. hotel is fully functional but a refurb would help. Avoid ground floor rooms! Too small to fit a chair (there is none) and have severe problems with ventilation & mold. And these room aren't for free... breakfast remain decent, but for a next stay I will look for a different place.

Got a room facing the road and honestly the road noise was just terrible. The building is old but room is renovated and well kept. No frills stay - nothing to shout home about. Don't recommend to stay unless you get a room that faces inwards.

I traveled here with my sister and adult daughter for a short stay before a cruise. The location is amazing. Hotel is located in a quiet area not far from Acropolis Musem and hop on/off bus stop is 2 blocks away. We had a lovely view of acropolis from our balcony, and I had mentioned it was my daughter's birthday, so we were given a nice fruit basket with other goodies to celebrate. There are a few restaurants nearby and a bakery which has excellent sandwiches. The included breakfast was very filling and offered eggs, sausages, several varieties of breads and rolls, fruit, awesome yoghurt, spanakopita, cereal, juice, and numerous baked goods. The room was very clean and had some storage and a mini fridge. There is a rooftop deck, but the stairs are very narrow. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with offering advice on things to see and giving great directions. The area is very safe and the hotel provides maps and access to guidebooks in their lobby. I would stay here again.

The zafolia hotel was absolutely amazing!! The pool was very refreshing after a hot day and in the evening there were fantastic views of the sunset all across Athens. The staff were very friendly and always making sure we were happy. The food at the pool bar was delicious great portions, my dad says normal western food. For breakfast in the morning there was a great selection of food and many tables to sit on. It was a 1k walk to ambelokipi metro and a yellow taxi would be around 5€ into the city. The interconnecting rooms were perfect for our family of 5. We were close to mum and dad and had a good amount of space to get ready in. Very comfortable and clean rooms, fully equipped and new. Location may not be the best in town, but it’s anyway close enough to most tourist landmarks and business districts. AC worked flawlessly and helped us to deal with record temperatures of 44 degrees outside.

It was love at first sight with this hotel. From start to finish , our experience was everything a family can ask for when visiting a new place. Location, views, amenities nearby, friendliness of the staff, top notch cleanliness as well, and the pool with the views to die for... Our stay was a pleasant experience and we will definitely come back in the future!

I had a wonderful 2 night stay at Hestia - Asklipiou 61 in Athens. The apartment and facilities are so modern, the property was really easy to access. I did have to call the customer service and they were quick and very helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, super super super clean. The bed was comfy and aircon worked a treat! The view from my room looked over the church which is stunning (the bells are a bit loud but don't last long). The only issue I could foresee staying here is the noise, if you are a light sleeper you may struggle to sleep with the noise from the bars below - however, I put on some white noise and it was no issue for me. Highly highly recommend!

Excelente atendimento, quarto compartilhado limpo, confortável, seguro com privacidade em cada cama e armários. Banheiro privativo por quarto. Café da manhã com pão, Iogurte Grego, café. Decoração e ambiente agradável. Todo dia tem um momento de happy hour e interação porém fiquei apenas 2 noites e não consegui participar. Localização excelente, do lado de vários barzinhos legais. Adorei e super recomendo!
