Very good experience! The front desk is friendly. She upgraded me to a double bed, even though I live alone. There's a bar and jacuzzi on the roof. Bath supplies are complete. Eye masks and earplugs are also provided. The decor is vintage and tasteful, with a record and a record player in the room. Breakfast dishes are extensive, with Greek yogurt and honey as well as Greek salad and feta, which are delicious.

Everything is nice except that the room walls separating the toilet and bedroom is too thin. My wife can hear all the noise coming out from the toilet. Also the toilet door is sliding and cannot be fully close so some smell will still come out

The most attentive and service oriented staff I have experienced on any trip. Greek hospitality simply at its very best. Amazing quality starting from the pool and the restaurant at the top of the hotel to the lobby and breakfast place at the ground level.

This place was amazing! Location is great was able to walk every where we wanted to see and shopping/eating locations. You are greeted as soon as you walk through the door would defy be booking again when we go back

Minus: The toothbrush holder looked very dirty, I would probably give it a deep clean. There were some signs of mold in the shower and the toilet paper holder was loose from the wall. The rain shower head lived a life of its own, very inconsistent with how the water came out, it also took time for the water to warm up. If you care about noise, don't get a room with a street view, the windows really weren't soundproof at all. The location is a bit sketchy at night. I would also recommend the hotel to advertise to people not to waste food at the breakfast buffet because there was A LOT of it by others when we were there. This is a big thing for hotels in the north. Pros: The room looked quite newly renovated. Seems like the hotel was under renovation because when we were there it was a completely different style from the breakfast room to the room. It's probably going to be very pretty when it's finished. Plus for the minibar and kettle in the room. Plus for a separate toilet room and shower room. Great view from the balcony in the room and from the roof terrace. Great, down to earth staff. Also a very good breakfast, I have stayed in many different hotels and this is one of the best breakfasts in Europe for me.

Αρχικά η τοποθεσια του καταλύματος είναι εξαιρετική, αφού βρίσκεται μια ανάσα από τη πλατεία Συντάγματος. Όσον αφορά το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο, καθαρό και φουλ εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Ενώ η τιμή του πολύ χαμηλή για ότι προσφέρει. Το προσωπικό αν και φιλικό, άργησε να μας κάνει τσεκ ιν, καθώς καθαρίζοταν εκείνη την ώρα το δωμάτιο, με αποτελεσμα να μας κρατήσει περίπου σαράντα λεπτά περιμένοντας. Επίσης θεωρώ ότι χρειάζεται μια πινακίδα εξωτερικά ώστε να είναι πιο εύκολο να το βρει κανείς. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Though the area is a bit scary with drugtakers and beggars around, but among these days of stay, nothing bad happened to us. Sometimes car noises are heard. However, the service here is wonderful. The staff kindly explained and recommended the attractions for us when we checked in. Their care for the customers were shown even in small things. We felt welcomed during the stay.

And wonderful small hotel in a prime location dock. Love the area love the premises love the amenities loved the stuff, especially Thenia Julian, Maria. All were very attentive, smiling nice people with a high level of service altitude to Mach a 5 star hotels. very accommodating place and the ambience f was wonderful too. The rooms we took were the standard type They are 22 square meter with modern vibe, warm minimalist furnitures in the colors of brown wood, concrete and white to match everybody taste. It’s a pretty new venue. Do think that the location between PSiri and Monasteraki is super precious and best for those who wants to walk Athene by their foot . The hotel, for sure is a VERY good value for money. Note that they serve a good breakfast that’s the menus style which we loved. Water is complimentary and also fresh fruits biscuits and some candies.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. The room was clean but a bit dark and old fashioned especially the furniture. I know a lot of rooms/floors were renovated; the specific room was not one of the renovated ones. The air conditioning was in perfect condition as the heat outside this time of the year is unbearable.

I’m sad to read that there was this problem even ages ago, and till last week nothing has changed… I didn’t check tripadvisor before to book I’m only opening this to let the others know this problem but I’m seeing it’s an old and unsolved problem. After the orribile first night told to the reception what happened, oh ok I’ll send the housekeeper to sanificate the room, when we returned back in the evening I think nobody has never entered into that room coz the sheet were still dirty of blood. Second night again, this time they changed us the room, same problem meanwhile I was getting worst and worst and fortunately they chased just me (we were with 2 kids 2 and an half, and 8 months baby). Once again I went down to the reception and we got another room, but nothing changed. The only thing they have to do is junk everything in the bin start to sanificate and deep clean from the rooftop to the basement, then paint the wall and new everything. (We were 4 but in the first two rooms we got 3 single beds, in the last one just a doble bed)
