地理位置簡直不要太好，五分鐘到憲法廣場 20分鐘衞城，離plaka步行可到，旁邊就是女人街，各種餐廳、超市什麼都有。 服務員態度很好，房間還行，家庭房就是兩個完全獨立的房間，並且把門口的公共區域也圍起來作為連接（適合放行李），很適合孩子比較大或有長者同形的 ，互不幹擾。 唯一就是吹風機功率太小和早餐基本不換。

Everything is nice except that the room walls separating the toilet and bedroom is too thin. My wife can hear all the noise coming out from the toilet. Also the toilet door is sliding and cannot be fully close so some smell will still come out

We had 4 nights accomodation from 28th of dec. till 1st of January and I can say only good words about the hotel. We came with out daughter, we had a premium triple room, big enough, 3rd floor with the view on the back, as we asked. Because of the high traffic in Athens, I think everywhere you stay, there is traffic noise from the street, but this time, not having a room with street view, was great. The staff from the reception till the bar on the rooftop, are very kind, friendly, always happy to assist you with what you need. The room was cleaned each day, very good breakfast too, so I really recommend this hotel. It is about 20-30 min walking distnate from Syntagma square or Acropolis, so we did not need the use the public transpo. I agree with come negative comments about the dark streets closed to the hotel, with a lot of homeless, but these can be avoid if you decide to walk.

The most attentive and service oriented staff I have experienced on any trip. Greek hospitality simply at its very best. Amazing quality starting from the pool and the restaurant at the top of the hotel to the lobby and breakfast place at the ground level.

This place was amazing! Location is great was able to walk every where we wanted to see and shopping/eating locations. You are greeted as soon as you walk through the door would defy be booking again when we go back

Well, well, well, what can i write or say about this gem. The Electra Palace Hotel, located bang in the middle of downtown Athens is absolutely superb. Everything the city has to offer is within walking distance from the hotel. The view of the Acropolis from our room is spectacular, not to mention the to ”die-for” view from the 8th floor restaurant - you can ”touch” the Acropolis from here!😄 The breakfast at the Electra Palace is top notch and is delicious. The service at the hotel is top notch, and one of the best I have ever experienced in over 30 years of travelling. The staff, from the concierge to the receptionists, and restaurant staff, all provided extremely high professional services. I will single out George, the receptionist, who made us feel extremely welcome with one of the biggest smiles and professional services I have ever experienced. George has a saying each time we interacted with him, and it was ”each time you smile, good things will always come your way.” This saying came through when George found my brand new Samsung Ear Bud after I lost it and the hotel began a whole day of searching inside the hotel and outside at the restaurants we visited. Thank you, George, you're the best. Also, Dimitris, who helped us with our luggages was fantastic. All in all, Electra Palace Hotel is a superb hotel, and we will definitely go back there.

Very very nice facilities and nice services, especially the check-in in advance

- Excellent location (easy access to the city center) - clean and spacious room - good breakfast - great panoramic view over the city (from the 11th floor, relatively high floor in this neighbor)

Great location in walking distance to the Plaka and the Acropolis. The roof top terrace is sensational with spectacular views across Athens and to the Acropolis & worth staying just for this experience. Dinner and breakfast are both served on the terrace & the food is very good. The hotel looks smart but showing some wrinkles around the edges. My room was quite large with a good sized outside terrace. But the room has a great shortage of power points for plugging in devices and I had to use the bedside lamp plug. The bed is two twins which I don’t like & the bath / shower had nowhere to hang the shower hose & the bath was very narrow. The wifi is very slow. There are a few English channels on the TV. The hotel is very popular with tour groups & so gets quite crowded, busy and noisy. But a pleasant stay, conveniently located with the terrace restaurant view the outstanding feature.
