Great little spot. A nice swimming pool and fully functional gym. The room was bright and well equipped. It was quiet and comfortable. They had issues with the key card that they fixed for me immediately. Highly recommended to solo business travelers.

Alex was the best! We left our car light on, he called the room phone 2x, the phone rang, but i could not hear him and he could not hear me. Think the phone is actually broken! So Alex, knocked on my door! He even, made sure that we got to our car safely since this was around 1am. So thankful for him! If not for him, our car would have not started. Thank you Alex!!!

Clean and comfortable!

Old building. The housekeeping knocked on the door for two consecutive days at 8 am, which made me wake up. Then she never back to the room to clean it. I was charged 4 breakfast, that I didn’t take it. When a I asked about it in the front desk, The receptionist (a black woman) rudely told me that I had to pay for it because it was charged in my room, and she charged me for it. Fortunately I was able to talk to the manager who refunded me the money. That woman should not work in customer service. I’m a frequently traveler, it was the first time that I have an issues like that. I I would never go back to that hotel again.

For those attending the exhibition, the hotel is very close to the Georgia World Congress Centre, about a 10-minute taxi ride. Breakfast is not provided, but fruit and snacks are available. The rooms are large, with two king-size beds and excellent air conditioning.

I made a reservation and received hotel confirmation through the app. However, when we arrived in Atlanta, the reservation appeared under someone else's name. This was corrected after a phone call with customer service. We spent about an hour trying to fix it.

We stayed 4 nights and the room was not cleaned the whole time. We only managed to get our bed made on one day and we had to protest strongly to get the bathroom cleaned. There is no restaurant and the breakfast is terrible. The staff have no knowledge of customer service or involvement.

The room was average. No one cleaned it for 6 days. There was no microwave or kettle. Breakfast cost 700 yuan and only had a few waffles and bread. It was terrible. There was no supermarket nearby.
