We loved staying at Borgata.  Everyone was so pleasant. Resort was beautiful and pool lovely

Very nice ambiance, pools aren’t super deep if you’re expecting but nice pool service, pretty views, and amenities.

The pool and restaurants on site were perfect for a staycation and the relaxation that we needed for our anniversary.

We've been here a few times here already and we love this place! It is the only place we stay at in Atlantic City! We will continue coming here as long as it's here! It is highly recommended!

The room was clean and nice. However, there were a lot of elderly people in the pool, so it wasn't really suitable for kids to play in.

Everything was great, the hotel was very clean and the staff were very attentive.

The room was clean. Not obviously luxurious. Just nice regular room. Hotel is not family friendly as they have only inside pool available. And kids not allowed in the jacuzzi. And no jacuzzi in the outside pools that were very basic. View from room was good. As external windows were cleaned. I don't understand why they nickel and dime you by charging for the parking. As the golden nuggets next door have free parking. A good option in AC but nothing special. We spend all our time away from hotel as it was easier to be at the beach all day and play at the Caesars casino instead. Probably makes no difference to them as the casinos might be related. If they have a more kids friendly pool we definitely have spend all day in the hotel and enjoy the casino as it was a good one.

Great experience! The show and the food was excellent. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone for a weekend getaway.

Perfect cleaning and good location

I stayed in a suite, so the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, one downside was that the TV didn't connect via Bluetooth, so I couldn't watch what I wanted. Other hotels had TVs that were conveniently connected, so that was the biggest disappointment. I also found the pool and gym access hours to be a bit too short, which was a bit disappointing.

The carpet in the room was not clean.

Loved itttt We were well received the staff was excellent! I cant believe the kids pool! Its soo cool! The employees were amazing and so so nice! We will be coming back for sure!

It seems the hotel staff is tired and genuinely indifferent to the guests. Upon arrival, I informed the receptionist that I hold Gold Elite status with Marriott, to which the hotel belongs. However, she didn’t even bother linking my reservation to my Marriott account. I’m entitled to a welcome gift, which I never received. The digital key for room access didn’t work because she failed to link my account to the booking. The room lacks basic amenities such as water, and parking costs 10 NIS per day even for guests. There’s no toothpaste, comb, or any other small comforts provided. It’s important to note that after contacting Marriott’s customer service, the hotel offered a $50 compensation for use within the property.
