NEVER STAY HERE.  ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE

The hotel is a bit dared. The room had peeling wall paper, ancient furniture except the TV. As with most hotels these days, there is no microwave, no lotion, shampoo, or mouth wash. Waited on hold for 15 minutes just to speak to someone at the front desk. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of eateries after dinners. In fact, the only thing is open after 9 pm except Dunkin Donuts . Most of the bars and restaurants were scarce or abandoned. Overall a C.

check in is super super slow and it is NOT due to long queues but simply that the reception is taking her own sweet time. refused to accept my credit card that has my christian name (not in passport) on it that i have been using the same for the past 3 decades worldwide with no problem at all. refused to accept cash too. 🥸 the next hotel that i stayed in, has no such problem. 😏

Other than the prices being jacked up out was a basic stay

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in casino hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the "older side" of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the "dresser" so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The "dresser" didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The Casino itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the casino side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

The reception may have been updated but that’s as far as it goes. A sad hotel room with many more along its corridors.

Great location central to everything and great amenities in the hotel and casino. Atmosphere was incredible.

Hôtel bien situé (bord de mer sur la promenade piétonne le "boardwalk"). De bonne dimension (ni trop grand, ni trop petit). Check in et Check out rapides. Chambres grandes, agréables et en bon état dans la Tour Principale (49 étages). Parking accessible et distance (à pied) raisonnable entre le parking et le bâtiment principal. Comme tous les hôtels d'ATLANTIC CITY, plus spécialement animés le week-end. La présence d'un "diner" JOHNNY ROCKETS (bon rapport qualité-prix) attenant au CASINO est appréciable. La piscine couverte et chauffée était toutefois fermée mi-septembre (?). Valeur sûre avec un bon rapport qualité prix la semaine (les prix du WE, comme partout, sont très sensiblement majorés). Établissement à conseiller, tout spécialement dans la tour principale.
