Right from the start the hotel room wasn’t the one we booked. Of course, I was assured that it was the same price but I’m pretty certain that a “King” is different from “Premium King”. Also the internet was awful. You are allowed 2 devices and my cell never would connect. I ended up having to pay $9.99/daily just to connect to wi-go and be able to use my phone in the room! Housekeeping NEVER came to our room! We had to ask for towels and only got 2. If you are there for 5 night’s housekeeping NEEDS to come by! I don’t know if will ever return to Atlantic City after this trip! Harrahs really dropped the ball on this one to be such a huge chain!

We loved our stay. The staff was kind and courteous. Great locations to restaurant's and downtown. The beach is only a short walk. We will return again!

We arrived later in the evening and pulled up to valet. The very 1st person we meet is the valet - Ken. He was friendly, helpful, funny, polite, efficient, and so pleasant. I thought, wow, if this is any indication of what the rest of our stay will be - we are in luck! Sure enough, Kevin checked us in and made sure we knew where everything was located - the pool, the firepits, the gamerooom, the restaurant and all of the other amenities.....This hotel is historic and they have done everything to maintain its original grandness! Our room was clean, beds were super confortable, temperature perfect, bathroom was in perfect working order and the historic charm of the rooms and hotel was amazing. However, the crown jewel of this hotel is the Sunday brunch. Although pricey, it was WELL WORTH EVERY DIME! I am a high maintenance guest for sure, and every expectation with this brunch was exceeded. The buffet consisted of a variety of hot and cold dishes, including chilled to perfection crab claws (the good part), cocktail shrimp (peeled and seasoned with Ole Bay seasoning), prime rib, pork loin, fluffy scrambled eggs, omlette station, and desserts to die for! The variety was awesome and the food spectacular! We did not golf but there is a golf course. The location is close to the Jersey shore towns, and Atlantic City was a stone's throw. I cannot possibly understand how anyone would not enjoy this hotel! My only complaint is that I could not stay longer because of work. I will definitly be back!

Nous avons passé 5 jours 4 nuits à cet hotel Chambre vue mer nouvellement rénovée, au 40e étage C'était fantastique. TOUT est moderne. Très bien isolée pour le bruit. TRÈS propre. Piscine fermée,rénovation. Seulement 3 restaurants, Très dispendieux $ Très bien situé sur le Boardwalk. Hôtel idéal pour les couples. Pour le ******, très peu de machines contrairement aux hôtels avoisinants. Seul hic à cet hôtel c'est :Aucun sourire des employés! Petite sensation de... les déranger, sauf les portiers et les femmes de chambre.

My wife and I researched most of the hotels in the area finally deciding on the Borgato. The visit started off by trying to valet my car at the Water Club; was told that because my car was a Tesla I should go to the other side. Cool, no problem. Check in was simple, used the app. Stopped at the desk anyway, asked about getting a suite for the weekend. The person called her supervisor who directed her to tell us that our visit was too long. My guess is that charging me $50 more for three nights wasn’t enough money when compared to what they could charge someone for one night. Whatever, I should’ve booked a suite in the first place. They were able to “upgrade” the room - but the hotel didn’t seem too busy so it I’m sure it wasn’t too big of an issue. The food selection was okay, the first night we ate at the food court which was hidden. Average cheesesteak, nothing to write home about. The next morning we are at Bread and Butter. We stood at the line entrance and weren’t greeted, so we moved to the other end where three associates were conversing. Two of which retreated to the back and the third moved to were originally stood.I ordered French Toast, it was okay. Clearly microwaved, which I wouldn’t have expected. My wife ordered egg sandwich that was also frozen and served on a burnt bagel. The tables were crowded and limited. The dealers had no personality, rarely interacted with the guests. A moved an empty bottle to the side of one of the tables - a pit boss asked if why I couldn’t put it in the garbage. That night we ate a Oldholme Stead Steakhouse. The only special was an A5 Waygu Steak, I was told it was the best steak they had. The steak had no sear and not cooked to my liking; I ate it because I had a hard time sending back a $200 steak. Again, we were met with service that was inattentive.We returned to the tables but due to the lack of additional staff to accommodate, the few extra tables were slammed. I waited on the sidelines for about 45 minutes to eventual open.The next morning we ate at the Metropolitan. Walked in and was met with a, “Two!?”. We sat and ordered after about 10 minutes. The food eventually arrived 35-40 minutes later, the quality was about the same as the morning before. However, this time part of my order was missing. When I asked where it was, I was met with “you still want it?”. Granted it was just sausage, but I ordered it. Instead of offering an apology at any point, I was given two cold *****s of bacon.

Jadi saya dapat melihat bahawa hotel telah berubah sejak kali terakhir saya berada di sana iaitu hampir 3 tahun yang lalu. Mendaftar masuk adalah buruk hanya 3 pekerja di meja kakitangan pendek pada hari Sabtu tidak sejuk. Wanita yang mendaftar masuk itu sangat baik, bukan salahnya mereka tidak mempunyai kakitangan yang mencukupi. Bilik tidurnya tidak seperti yang sepatutnya. Saya tidak menjangkakan kehebatan daripada hotel di Atlantic City, namun apabila satu nit pada hari Sabtu berharga 300 + semalam, pemegang tandas bilik mandi tidak boleh dipecahkan. Kecewa!!
