Hotel berhampiran Auckland Harbor Bridge, Auckland

2 minutes walk away from Auckland airport. The resturant at the lobby is pretty good. We enjoyed our dinner. The customer service during check in and checkout was top notch. The room was quite and clean. Cant complain, highly recommend for a quick stopover if you have an early morning flight. Cheers.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, berhampiran dengan Universiti Auckland. Selepas turun dari kereta api di Stesen Waitamata dari lapangan terbang, saya hanya perlu berjalan kaki ke Britomart untuk menaiki bas kira-kira empat atau lima hentian, dan perhentian bas betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Terdapat banyak perhentian bas berdekatan, menjadikannya mudah untuk ke mana-mana. Proses daftar masuk di hotel berjalan lancar. Walaupun ramai orang mendaftar masuk pada sebelah petang, keseluruhannya sangat teratur dan efisien. Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu juga sangat mesra, malah bertanya sama ada saya pernah menginap di hotel mereka sebelum ini. Saya beritahu mereka saya pernah menginap di Cordis Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing, tetapi ini kali pertama saya di sini. Sebaik sahaja melangkah masuk, saya terhidu bau pewangi hotel, yang sememangnya sama seperti di Cordis Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Beijing. Kemudahan bilik semuanya sangat baik, tilam sangat selesa, dan terdapat banyak soket pengecasan. Wi-Fi hotel juga sangat pantas. Peralatan mandian berkualiti tinggi, dengan bau yang menyenangkan. Pada musim luruh yang kering ini, penggunaan losyen pelembap membuatkan saya berasa sangat selesa. Sarapan pagi di Cordis Hotel memang terkenal, dan apabila saya tiba di restoran pada waktu pagi, memang terdapat pelbagai jenis hidangan yang kelihatan sangat menyelerakan. Mungkin disebabkan jet lag, perut saya masih terasa seperti jam empat atau lima pagi selepas makan, jadi saya tidak makan banyak. Secara keseluruhan, tempahan melalui Ctrip kali ini memang sangat berbaloi. Perjalanan yang selesa ini membuatkan saya sangat gembira dan tenang.

I stayed at Auckland Harbour Suites for five days. Overall, the hotel offered a good location and comfortable facilities. However, I experienced an incident that I feel is important to share for the awareness of future guests. On the third day of my stay, I noticed that my insulated winter pants (thermal trousers) were missing when I wanted to use them. My wife and I searched the entire room thoroughly, including under the bed sheets, but we could not locate the item. We reported the matter to the front desk, and they acknowledged the issue and informed us that they would look into it. I also mentioned that I was not accusing any staff member and that there was a possibility I might have misplaced it. Despite continuing our search later that night, the item was still not found. The winter pants are quite bulky, padded, and lined with thick beige synthetic fur, making them easy to recognise and unlikely to be overlooked. When we returned to our room the following day, we found that the winter pants had been placed on the dining table. I took photos as evidence. Upon inquiry, the front desk informed us that the item had been found under the bed sheet. I found this explanation difficult to believe, as the pants are large and easily recognizable. While I chose not to argue further, I strongly suspect that the item had been taken out of the room and later returned. While I cannot determine exactly what happened and prove this without further evidence such as CCTV footage, I believe this incident serves as a reminder for guests to take extra care and be mindful of their personal belongings during their stay. I hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests and to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

We arrived at around 10:30am and requested an early check in, as we had a 5:00am flight the following morning. We fully understood that the standard 1500pm check in time applied and that any early check-in was subject to room availability. We therefore appreciated the hotel accommodating us with a room at 1230pm. Unfortunately, the room was not ready to the standard we expected. We found an empty bottle on the floor, and the glass door/window could not be locked properly. Although, we requested a room change, we were informed that none were available at the time and maintenance advised that the lock would require drilling and screwing to repair. What disappointed us most was not the need for the repair itself, but how the situation was handled. The communication from the maintenance staff came across as abrupt when we were asked whether we wanted the repair carried out or not. We also felt greater consideration could have been given to guests, as drilling may not be suitable for those with allergies, asthma or sensitivities to dust or noise. Holiday inn has always been a brand I associate with consistent international standards, particularly from my experiences in South-East Asia. While we appreciated the hotel's flexibility in offering an early check-in, we do not believe this should come at the expense of basic expectations such as cleanliness, security, and a room that is ready for occupancy. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards. Many guests arrive after long journeys simply looking forward to a clean, secure and comfortable place to rest. A little more thoughtfulness in both room readiness and communication would make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience.

The hotel is in good location, the room was spacious and comfortable. But the room door was so thin that we could hear someone outside talking on the corridors. One day we came back at 9pm exhaustedly from many adventure activities all day, and found out that our room hadn’t been made up, the towels hadn’t been changed and also the bedding, although we had put the “please make up my room” sign on. So disappointed

Functional and souless, but a good location for Queenstown with plenty of car parking. The customer service was poor by the usually warm standard of NZ. The receptionist commented on how ”tired you look” Grrrr..who likes to be told that?! And the breakfast venue was so dire and overpriced ($25 each!) we went instead to a nearby woolworths complex with excellemt cafes instead.

這家酒店位於奧克蘭市區偏北位置，屬於公寓式酒店，設施比較齊全。房間內配有洗衣機、微波爐、烤箱和電熱爐，適合多日入住或希望省錢可以自己做飯，整體硬件很新，條件不錯。 但辦理入住時需要特別注意以下幾點，我自己踩的坑分享出來，避免後續客人遇到同樣問題： 1️⃣ 買能打國際電話＋上網的電話卡 2️⃣ 提前完成Check in 3️⃣ 所有人姓名都填完整 4️⃣ 保存好酒店備用郵箱 具體我同步下： 1️⃣ 前台並非24小時服務 酒店在非工作時間（如晚上）是無人值守。我當天下午6:30到達時，前台已關閉，衹能通過門上留下的聯繫電話（國際長途）聯繫工作人員。因此建議提前確認到達時間，儘量在工作時間內抵達。 2️⃣ 必須提前完成網上 Check-in 酒店會提前發送郵件要求填寫入住訊息。請務必填寫所有入住人員的完整姓名，即使攜程預留的名字，如果不錄入也是查不到的，衹能查到網上登記的姓名一致。我當時衹填寫了一位入住人的名字，導致工作人員電話查詢訂單時無法匹配，影響辦理入住。就一定要我發郵件自己確認。 3️⃣ 建議準備可打國際電話的電話卡 如在非工作時間抵達，需撥打門口提供的電話聯繫工作人員。我自己撥打之後，還請攜程幫我，可是攜程衹能嘗試幫忙，但是最後聯繫到公寓和發郵件的還是自己，不過攜程態度好，有積極幫忙處理。建議提前準備可以撥打國際電話並可上網的電話卡，以便及時溝通和收發郵件。 4️⃣ 留意酒店備用郵箱 如郵件溝通出現問題，可嘗試聯繫酒店的預訂郵箱（通常為 reserve@ 開頭的郵箱，攜程裏面有），響應會更快。工作人員電話裏面給我念了一個郵箱，有錯。 總體來説，酒店硬件設施不錯，但入住流程需要提前準備和確認。建議大家出發前完成所有網上手續，並保存好酒店聯繫方式，以免晚間到達時影響入住。

Reception was accommodating & helpful. We were allocated room no.106 for the night of 19.4.26. The amenities & fixtures tho' not new, were adequate. Can do with abit more lighting. The plumbing - washbasin tap was noisy. A queer tenant next door in room 104 was constantly using the wash basin & the noise came across. Fortunately, noise was soften with the bathroom door closed

Best parts -comfy bed, good shower, very close to airport. Friendly service. Not so good parts. Some dirty walls. Needs lots maintenance, someone had to come lock side door for me as too hard. TV didn't have a remote and I asked for one around 10pm (got there late and they had already helped me with door( they said they would send someone over with one and they didn't arrive so maybe they forgot. I suppose the price reflects all this so if you are on a tight budget, just need a comfy bed and quick 5 min trip to airport and you don't mind the other issues, it's an ok place to stay.

Location was good, apartment was cleaned, you just need to provide your own soaps/shampoos and face wash towels.
