Ulasan Grand Central Serviced Apartments

This apartment, converted from a train station, is fully equipped. The beds even have electric blankets, and the space is quite generous. The staff speaks Chinese, are very welcoming, and the facilities have a wonderfully antique charm.

Close(walking distance) to the water waterfront and train station and supermarket Little bit of noise from trains but not intrusiv. bit of wear and tear on the walls is starting to make the rooms look a little untidy could do with a touch up, rooms are still clean, it also has a/c is a big plus will happy stay again

Room was right next to railway line, after sending 30mins in the room I packed up and left as I knew I could sleep with taht noise all night. Was a great location and the room was fine for the price

reception was closed. no 24/7 staff as advertised. i made a loud ruckus and called all 3 phone numbers posted there. no one answered. had to go somewhere else. they had the audacity to lie and say they were sitting on a sofa. then why did you not answer the bell, the phone or my (last resort)shouting? they did not refund me. nor apologize. do NOT go there. terrible service

We we're surprised how modern the room was. The rooms are located in the old Auckland railway station. The station has really cool architecture. It has been renovated into a set of apartments. There are are lot of residents walking around and socialising in the the main hall. The hallways are a bit noisy and smelly. The receptionist was friendly and helpful which was nice. The room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The only issue was the noisy neighbours. The person next to us was blasting classical music and a kid started yelling at around 7am. I guess it can't really be helped, it being an old building housing numerous residents. Parking is $15 overnight until checkout. I'd be happy to stay over again. For the price it's actually pretty good.

Great place place stay! Bed and pillows were super comfy, everything was clean and it is such an interesting building! The hosts are kind, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The house is very old and feels eerie! I didn't dare to fall asleep easily at night, for fear that something would happen. . . . . . There is no air conditioning, there are electric fans and electric blankets. There was no service staff, only the old aunt at the front desk, who was very unfriendly to us. At twelve o'clock in the evening, someone knocked on the door and said that our bath water overflowed. I found that there was a drainage problem in the toilet, there was no service staff, and the front desk was locked with iron bars most of the time. .

I introduced my friends there. It was very convenient to watch the concert. The venue is next door. After the event, you can enter the hotel without driving. My friends stayed very comfortably. The price in the city center is also cheap. Recommended
