I stayed here for about 4 days, overall I would recommend this hotel, comfortable room, excellent service. Quite near to CBD.

Located in the city centre near Sky City. Looks brand new and definitely worth it price. Just no toothbrush and shaver provided.

The hotel is in a very good location, which is near the sky tower where you can take the air bus to or from Auckland airport. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near by. The room is clean and with all that we need. The breakfast is very good, especially the croissant😋

Excellent! We have a comfortable stay at this hotel. Intend to book the same hotel for our last 2 days at Auckland. Location is super good, closed to Sky Tower which you can take the direct airport express bus to Auckland airport within walking distance. If you want to cook, they only provide limited paper plates, this is fine for us.

Good access to restaurants and shops in city center. Simple kitchen facilities is handy for simple food preparation.

Everything was good. There was nothing to complain about.
I only dealt with reception staff twice which was on arrival and on departure from the hotel. Both times the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The room itself was good. A very decent size and also had a couch in the corner.
The air conditioner unit wasn’t great but it was better than nothing.
