Ulasan Nesuto St Martins Apartment Hotel

The apartment was a good size and layout, and well kitted out kitchen. Cleanliness was mixed - bathroom and bedroom were great, but kitchen could have been better (there was a dead cockroach in the cupboard). Staff were friendly and location is decent.

Good hotel

This place is excellent for everything except we didn't sleep well as it was very loud, people in the street below, sirens and traffic. Nothing they can control but definitely a consideration that needs to be made.

Good location near K Road and easy walk down to waterfront and Britomart. 2.5km walk to Eden Park and Newmarket. Rooms are ok but not the reason to stay there. Handy having kitchen and laundry facilities.

Lovely clean friendly place, would definitely stay again

Nothing flash but a good value, very spacious well-equipped 1-bedroom apartment, conveniently located for visiting Auckland City Hospital. Balcony was a bonus. Reliable free WiFi. Friendly helpful front desk team. Quiet (on the 11th floor) considering lively location in Auckland city.

The hotel location is quite convenient, the facilities are modern and clean. The staff is friendly and accomodating. My only real issue is that there were a few days when they were painting the hallway outside my room; and my room smelled quite heavily of paint fumes. I have asthma and this adversely affected my health and comfort; paint fumes has both short-term and long-term harm to your health; so I don't understand why they would do this sort of work with guests inside the rooms. Anyways my rating is 5 stars regardless and highly recommond staying in this hotel if you are visiting Auckland

Very nice. Near the downtown. And have a big room to stay. Five starts.

L'appartement était un peu exiguë. J'ai vu qu'il y avait des appartements de même catégorie avec un salon plus grand et mieux agencé, en sachant que nous sommes restés 10 jours, 9 nuits. On était un peu à l'étroit.... Dans la cuisine il y a un frigo avec congélateur (très bien), ainsi un micro-ondes (top), par contre pour cuisiner une poêle (un peu fatiguée) et deux petites casserolées. Il n'y a pas de saladier (par exemple). Par contre la literie est top et confortable.

酒店在奧克蘭大學邊交通方便，步行1公里左右就到了皇後街，房間沙發和椅子比較舊，酒店對面是墓地，晚上有點滲的慌，住了4晚，其間沒有打掃衞生要自助換浴巾，每天自己扔垃圾，廚房設備還算齊全，超市買了菜自己做了吃。

給的頂樓 陽台可以看到天空塔。

服務熱情，位置好！方便逛皇後街！

住的雙房間，衞生條件還行，也比較大，就是設施很老了，有些設備運行不良，隔音也比較差，窗户外面對着快速路，噪音24小時不停的，不過一是經過長途飛機的洗禮，二是語言不通，溝通不方便，再就是行李多，搬動不方便，不過去奧大和天空塔還蠻近的，所以就將就着住了。

市内の中心からは少し離れていますが、 バスを利用するには便利な場所でした。 また3人で利用だったので、ベットの数が多い部屋に変更してくれてました。
