Very happy with the clean and spacious room. However the ceiling was abit low. Nevertheless very value for money due to location and size.

Very good location, 10 min walk to a shopping mall. Decent size room. Everything function well. The only negative is the shower cubicle is too small. It is hard to take a bath.

Good clean hotel. Rooms are of a good size, with free basement parking. Located on edge of city, less than 10 mins walk to Westfield Newmarket. But too far to walk to CBD.

The hotel facilities are good, with daily room cleaning and a quiet environment. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, a TV, and a large double bed. The space is of normal size, and there is a small open kitchen with a microwave and kettle. A few kitchen utensils are provided, and coffee, tea bags, and chocolate are offered. The bathroom and toilet are in good condition, with shower gel and shampoo, and a hairdryer. However, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, and disposable slippers are not available. Overall, it's OK and I would consider staying there again.

The location is great, very close to Westfield. There are supermarkets nearby. Chinese staff, no language problem. The only downside is that it's very close to the road, so it's not very quiet at night.

Good location, nice environment, Chinese-speaking staff. The downside is that there are no staff after 7pm, and you need to swipe your card to enter and exit. In addition, check-out at 10am is a bit too early.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Newmarket shopping. The front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. Our family had a lot of suitcases, and she helped keep them after check-out. The rooms were very clean, and there was parking. Must give a thumbs up!

Hotel Service Standards

📍It is relatively close to One Tree Hill. There is a shopping mall nearby. There are drugstores and supermarkets in the shopping mall. It is about ten minutes' drive from the Sky Tower and the port. It is more convenient to drive by yourself. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is not big but enough for guests to park. 🍃This is a hotel run by Chinese, and everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff seems to be Chinese. Friendly for people who don't speak English well. The front desk is not 24 hours a day, like most New Zealand hotels. 🌟The facilities are average and a bit old. The air conditioner didn't turn on the hot air. I don't know what happened. There was a loud noise in the room when I took a shower... I stayed for three days in a row and all the tea bags and coffee rolls🧻 were replenished. Only facial tissues were replenished on the second and third days. Ten pictures...other than that everything is okay, there are shampoo and shower gel, and it's quite quiet at night. 🎀There is a small kitchen with complete tableware (knives, forks, cups and dishes), a microwave, a refrigerator and a sink.

Nice place, the room is a bit small. Because the journey was long, I missed the final check-in time, but fortunately the staff put the key in the safe

The hotel is very close to Mount Eden and can be reached on foot. There are reserved parking spaces, which is more friendly to self-driving tourists. The hotel is clean. It is worth mentioning that I checked out in a hurry and left a raincoat behind. The hotel waiter called and kept it until I went back to pick it up. Thumbs up 👍
