Easy late night check-in. Staff member gave us a SIM card so that we could connect locally immediately. Very comfortable room. Easy access to all Central Business District restaurants, galleries, buses etc. but away from the CBD noise.

Nice city and harbor view from the room. Staff are friendly with excellent service. Walkable distance to the britomart station, close to city center and viaduct harbor

Great hotel in very central location. The shower leaked and the bathroom was a little small but the friendly staff made our stay very pleasant

Location was central but also right above very loud clubs/bars, which meant that it was extremely loud at night (past midnight). We stayed on the 6th floor which felt like the hallway was not part of the building with two mechanical/service doors open. Room and service was fine.

I loved my upgraded room on the ninth flor and just found the Hotel overall to be an oasis of luxury. This was my first time at this property, and I was really well-treated. I was recognised as a Platinum Member and basically, thoroughly spoiled. I had a very restful night's sleep. The bedding was incredibly soft with crisp, fresh linen galore! Like Macarthur, I shall return!

奧克蘭目前最好的酒店了，設施很新，海港景色很美，酒店裡的幾家餐廳和Bar都很好吃。有健身房，SPA池，游泳池免費使用。沐浴用品是我最愛的牌子Le Labo。非常滿意的一次入住。

Excellent new hotel in the waterfront area of Auckland. Rooms are immaculate and the whole experience is bar raising at this hotel.

My friend and I stayed at The Ponsonby for just one night after a three week road trip around the North island. It was booked for us by our travel agent in the UK. We found it extremely charming and very welcoming. The owner wasn't there to check us in but made a point of welcoming us in person when we were sitting in the garden. The location was perfect and an easy walk to some great bars and restaurants. The room decor was good and it was well appointed. The private garden wasn't overlooked and you really did not feel you were in the middle of the city. There is a covered veranda around the back of the property with ample garden furniture for all. The only downsides that I could see was that the room and ensuite were on the small side and there was no parking but I managed to park outside the property on the road. I would, however, definitely stay there again.

當時選擇了有city view的房間，因此被安排在了出了電梯口的第一間。電梯口出入的聲音以及外麪走廊人說話的聲音非常清晰，很吵。其次，由於房間地理位置是麪朝在2條街的交叉口，加上晚上酒吧high翻天的熱鬧，在房間裏聽的一清二楚。有很大部份原因應該是酒店的窗戶玻璃用的是極差的，其次是整體隔音也做的極差。因此，那一晚整整到了凌晨5點多才強行入睡，整個人疲憊不堪，心臟跳動跟外麪的音樂一起。第二天醒來后，非常非常憤怒，給前台打電話要求更換安靜的房間。酒店的前台服務態度很好，表示很理解，也快速更換了更高樓層的，靠安靜街道的房間。但是房間就沒有任何景色可言，窗戶外望出去就是齊刷刷的破樓。其次，走道上的聲音還是聽得一清二楚。 還好衹是住2個晚上，真的每次一想起來這個入住體驗，真的太奔潰。
