My partner and I had three nights at the Devereux while in Auckland to attend a wedding. The Devereux is well located for activities in Remuera. It's nice and handy to the Remuera shopping village. It was an easy 20 minute walk to Newmarket and access to train and more shopping. The hotel is incredibly tired and in need of maintenance. There's little if any sound insulation from other rooms and as we were downstairs could hear the conversations and activities in the room above us. I had paid additional monies to be in a room with a seating area (couch or similar). The two chairs in our room (the Tuscany Room) were stained and some attempts had been made to treat these stains (see photos). One chair was wet and the other left a powder on our clothing if you sat on it. The tea and coffee cups were stained also. It seems that little if any investment is being made in the property to keep it up to scratch. It's worn, tired, and dirty. The passive-aggressive notes in the room range from annoying to ridiculous.

Superb location just a few minutes from the beautiful beach with plenty of shops and cafe / restaurants minutes away. Welcome and check in by Veronica was quick and very friendly and our room (room 4) is lovely and airy with a super balcony and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I knew there wasn't aircon and was a bit worried considering the fantastic weather, but needn't have worried, the room is cool and airy even when not using the two pedestal fans provided. A lovely hotel / apartment that we thoroughly recommend

We are grateful to Regal Residency for accommodating us last minute when my husband and I tested positive for COVID-19 and had to cancel our flight home. We had no backup accommodations for our 7 day isolation but Regal Residency took us in. Not only did they provide us with a large room to isolate in (bedroom was separate from living room), but the manager even gave us some fever reduction medication upon arrival. They were warm and accommodating to our needs while we stayed there. We are grateful to the management for our time there.

給安排的是比較新的房間，但是異味也很明顯，我衹能開窗通風。有廚房，但我們這個房型沒有爐具，衹有微波爐。例外房間的隔音非常差，早上很吵，很影響休息。 性價比比較一般

I tried cancelling my booking after I read the reviews but they wouldn't let me. However on the day of my flight it was very sunny and I enjoyed making my way across Auckland and taking the ferry to Devonport. The dinner was a bit too expensive but all in all it was a good way to spend a long stop over in Auckland

Perfect Parnell Hotel Had one night here with the family and it was just perfect. The hotel was well maintained, clean, user friendly, comfortable, attractive and nice to be in. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a separate bedroom with two large beds in it. Very comfortable and fresh. The lounge was a good size. It had a mini sofa, some arm chairs, a round table and a little balcony looking out at the city and harbour. There was a bit of helicopter noise at night due to the proximity of the hospital. The hotel as in a nice location, just a short walk to the Rose Gardens and a set of shops that had a veggie shop, chemist, corner store, sushi shop and a café.
