Hotel dengan WiFi di Augsburg

Freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, aber teilweise wenig ortskundig bei Nachfragen. Das Zimmer ist schon älter, besonders das Bad, bei dem man in der Dusche leichte dunkle Flecken sieht (evtl. Schimmel?), aber das Bett ist gut. Die Lage ist zentral. Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Größe des Hotels zu klein, dadurch ist es sehr laut, voll und unruhig. Kein gemütliches Frühstück möglich. Aber sehr lobend erwähnen möchte ich die Damen vom Frühstücksservice am 3.6.2023. Sie liefen hin und her, füllten da auf, räumen dort Tische ab und halfen hier an der Kaffeemaschine und hatten einfach unheimlich viel zu tun, blieben aber immer freundlich und hatten für jeden ein nettes Wort.

We chose to return our rental car here in Augsburg and catch a train to Salzburg here to avoid the crowds in Munich for Oktoberfest. This was a much bigger city than I expected. It is also a college town. While traveling in the USA, Holiday Inn Express are usually a safe bet for a one night stay. We were not disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. This is only one of 2 hotels that had AC out of the 10 we stayed in. Breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made sure out taxi arrived on time. There is a great burger place across the street that you should try. All and all, we were glad we chose this hotel and would recommend it if you are traveling thru Augsburg.

… und das gilt nicht nur für das Dorint in Augsburg, sondern für viele weitere Dorint-Hotels in ganz Deutschland. Angefangen von der Bausubstanz des Gebäudes, welche die Alterserscheinungen nicht verheimlichen kann, sondern auch das zusammengewürfelte Personal, welches einem nicht das Gefühl geben kann, in einem 4…5 Sterne Hotel untergekommen zu sein. Ich brauche hier keine Bilder von abbröckelndem Putz, Wasserflecken in der Decke oder wackeligen Lichtschaltern zu zeigen; das haben andere vor mir bereits erledigt. Hinzu kommt noch, dass das angrenzende Parkhaus eine Bauruine ist und der Gast samt Koffer durch den Park spazieren darf, bevor er sein Auto erreicht. Und zuletzt noch das leidige Thema, dass einem beim Frühstück Teller und Besteck unter den Händen weggerissen werden, während man den letzten Bissen noch im Mund hat. Sehr schade, aber so schaufelt man sich sein eigenes Grab!

Stayed for 4 nights with my family. Overall the hotel is looking very good, the staff are very nice and kind. the gym is very basic without any air conditioner which was pretty hard to do some exercises due the heat and non air flow. Rooms are very nice, very spacious and clean. the housekeeping very good and seems it's one class than other hotels, the only thing that bothered me that they provide an envelope for tipping the housekeeping. the amenities are very nice but missing for example hair conditioner which I had to buy in other place. I asked to provide and they gave us a small one that suitable for one use. Breakfast is good, I found some difficult for my kids. the variety is OK, nice champagne in the morning. the food variety is not consistent over the week, a specific day without fruits, some days no pancakes. some days no fried eggs and need to ask for cook. the staff very kind and welcoming. overall I found better breakfast in 4 star hotels. I can't call this as a super breakfast. I ate dinner in the Maximillian's restaurant and the food were very delicious and the service as well.

Im Oktober 2023 habe ich im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise im Art Hotel Ana im Augsburger Vorort Haunstetten übernachtet. Ich werde es vermutlich nicht noch einmal tun. Wird die Rezeption dem hochtrabenden Namen ”Art Hotel” vielleicht noch gerecht, so verlässt einen die Kunst spätestens dann, wenn man den Aufzug betritt. Denn ab hier wird es ziemlich schäbig. Enge Flure mit einem ranzigen Teppichboden und ein Zimmer im 3. Stock, das man mit seinen gefühlten 8 qm wohl eher als Dachkammer bezeichnen würde. Bei Außentemperaturen im niederen einstelligen Bereich war das Zimmer auch noch praktisch unbeheizt, denn dem Heizkörper waren alle Drehungen am Thermostat sehr egal und die Klimaanlage blies nur kalt. Als Abhilfe hat man mir die Miniaturausgabe eines Heizlüfters ins Zimmer gestellt, der seiner Aufgabe allerdings nicht gewachsen war. Zur Krönung gab's dann noch eine ziemlich durchgelegene Matratze im Bett. Alles zusammen für über 200 € pro Nacht. Ohne Frühstück wohlgemerkt. Wie sich das abgewohnte Vorstadthotel seine vier Sterne erschlichen hat, bleibt ungeklärt (ein nachträglicher Check der Plakette ergibt: die Klassifizierung ist 2020 abgelaufen).

Hotel molto grazioso, curato nei particolari, personale estremamente gentile, ogni angolo pulito e curato, camere molto spaziose letto estremamente comodo. Le camere sono staccate dall' ala ristorante e colazione ma facilmente raggiungibile a due passi. Lo consiglio moltissimo

Hotel located about 4km from Augsburg City centre. The hotel rent free bikes, which we made the most of during our stay, as there is a beautiful river and miles of forest covered park to cycle around. We also used the bikes to go to the city centre as the tram wasn't operating. Free ample parking. Fantastic breakfast. Free ice cream. Room was large and had a fridge and kettle. Slightly older decor, but nice bathroom. My only criticism is, there is a musty smell, but no idea where this is coming from as everywhere is spotlessly clean. The reception staff spoke English and were helpful and friendly. And the restaurant staff were excellent too. Thanks for a lovely weekend. Would recommend.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem sind die Betten bequem und sogar eine Minibar ist im Zimmer vorhanden. Leider aber musste ich in der Toilette eine äusserst eklige, graue und unhygienische, breite Kalkspur vorfinden. So etwas entsteht nur, wenn über Monate nicht mehr entsprechend gereinigt worden ist. Dazu war das Bad sehr klein. Eine echte Dusche gibt es nicht, lediglich einen Ablauf am Boden und einen Duschvorhang, um einen gewissen Bereich zu schützen, wenn man vom Duschschlauch Gebrauch macht. So etwas habe ich vor vielleicht 30 Jahren in Skandinavien das letzte Mal vorgefunden Ich kam um 9 zum Frühstück und fand Mal gerade noch 3 gleiche Kornbrötchen vor. Kein Weißbrot, kein Croissant, nicht mal eine Scheibe Toast. Tja und die Eier .....allesamt steinhart gekocht. Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel in die Kategorie zwei Sterne Unterkunft einreihen, wenn auch mit wirklich freundlichem Personal. Der Zustand der Unterkunft, die Ausstattung und das Frühstück entspricht aber nur sehr bescheidenen Ansprüchen.

Hotel non troppo grande molto accogliente. Il personale dell’albergo (anche se presente solamente durante il giorno) è molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione a buffet molto buona e abbastanza assortita. Camera spaziosa e letti comodi. Alcuni dettagli di usura potrebbero essere sistemati semplicemente con una mano di vernice ma la pulizia è impeccabile. L'hotel ha a disposizione solo 4 parcheggi anche se nella via si trova eventualmente dove parcheggiare 'auto.
