Ulasan Canopy by Hilton Austin Downtown

The stay was great. It was a bit noisy at night from the bar across the street. But it didn't bother me too much. The rooftop pool was fantastic!

房間中規中矩，但是實在太吵了，酒店附近好幾個pub吵到二點也無法入睡，雖然酒店配了耳塞和助眠茶，但是效果實在不大。早餐實在一般，套餐選擇餘地不大。酒店附近流浪漢成問題。

服務員很Nice

奧斯汀的這家酒店是真不錯哦，房間面積相對歐洲的酒店來説大很多了，住宿體驗感是可以的，下次還可以考慮入住。

Shower water temperature extremely (dangerously) hot ,could not adjust . Homeless wanderer in lobby using bathroom ,no security guard on duty .

Went there for SXSW 2024 and was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel and the concept. It was a 20 min walk from the main commotion in the more central part of the SXSW, but that I always try to book a short walk from where I have my meetings to get away a bit. If the price is right next SXSW I will very likely pick the same hotel I again.

The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Valet was expensive but very convenient and efficient. The lobby is super cute with lounge couch areas, pool table, back gammon, complimentary beverages throughout the day and evening!

This property is in a very busy, happening part of town. If you are looking for a fun active location this hotel in in the heart of it.

This was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels we've stayed at. We were very impressed. It definitely had annupdated modern feel to it as well and was very clean. The staff was super nice from the hotel bar to the front desk. Great experience!

Very clean hotel and rooms! All staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. There are some really loud bars on both sides of the hotel, but they provide ear plugs and sound machines, so I had no trouble sleeping. The bed was really comfortable too

The staff was fantastically accommodating! I was there for business. Everyone was smiling and eager to assist just because and exceeded expectations if there was a request. I’ve lodged with s Canopy location in another city, however, Austin was better!

Great staff and location. AC wasn't cold enough for our liking and bathroom is rather tight. Otherwise, great place.

We loved the charm of the property. The staff was friendly and the ease of check-in. Our room was ready early which was an added bonus! We loved being in the heart of downtown and being able to walk everywhere from the property. We loved the property had bikes we could use during our stay! A few unique amenities!
