Amazing place to eat and stay and have a great time in general. Very cozy and special thanks to the staff who were so empathetic and thoughtful that they shipped me the bag, I forgot, to a different country🤯 and even didn't want anything in return. I will definitely have only good memories of this place. Totally recommend 👍

Can’t quibble with these accommodations. The room was modern and fine and everything worked. Staff showed flexibility on dinner choices but don’t speak a lot of English. Breakfast nothing special, but there are good boulangeries in Autun.

Hôtel agréable à première vue puis déception en entrant dans le hall d'accueil , aspect vieillissant. On entre coté bar de l'hôtel restaurant . Pas d'ascenseur . Chambre propre et qui semble rénovée . petit déjeuner pris dans la salle du restaurant , classique et sans surprise

Hôtel à "l"ancienne" mais rénové récemment. Bien situé à Autun. Parking privé et gratuit. Chambre propre et conforme pour deux personnes. Literie un peu vieillotte et moins confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse mais lavabo peu pratique car difficile d'accrocher les serviettes. Bonne isolation des fenêtres par rapport à la rue mais on entend néanmoins le passage des clients dans l'escalier et dans le couloir menant aux chambres. Prix de la nuitée quelque peu élevé, mieux vaux contacter l'hôtel directement que réserver par un quelconque site internet. Hôtel correct dans l'ensemble.

Chambre glaciale à mon arrivée. Le chauffage d’à point de la SDB ne fonctionne pas. La réception est ouverte de temps en temps, le service est inexistant. Le personnel est très désagréable, on a tambouriné sur la porte de ma chambre alors que j’avais signifié « ne pas déranger ». Je me suis fait engueuler car je devait libérer la chambre à 11h, alors que ce n’est expliqué nulle part. Bref un hôtel où le client n’est pas roi, je me suis fait traiter de menteur… Je vis toute l’année dans des hôtels et c’est de loin la pire expérience de mon année . À signaler que je suis un client propre et respectueux des installations et des employés , j’en demande autant de la part des employés envers les clients, et ici nous en sommes très loin.

Hotel non chaleureux. La chambre réservée était non chauffée ainsi que la salle d'eau. Pas de véritable interlocuteur : c'est le client qui doit s'occuper du chauffage mais résultats improbables : nous devons rester habillées sous la couette : très décevant. Le matin du départ, après 9h 30, plus personne à l'accueil au moment de rendre les clés et toutes les portes fermées! Bonjour l'accueil chaleureux que l'on attend d'un hôtel...A fuir absolument.

Hôtel agréable, certaines chambres valent le détour, non loin du centre à pied si vous voulez sortir mais je recommande le restaurant la cuisine est vraiment bonne et toujours de qualité, bémol sur les petits déjeuner. Toujours bien reçu par le personnel.

Hôtel proche du centre ville, bien décoré et bien tenu. Notre chambre située à l’arrière était calme. Très propre. Fonctionnelle avec du rangement. Climatisation. Déjeuner très correct. Accueil sympathique. Bon rapport qualité prix.
