Room cleaning could have been a little better.

The hotel description advertised an outdoor pool, but when we went to the hotel, they told us the pool was closed. They wouldn't refund our payment. We tried for six hours and couldn't figure anything out.

Everything was fine. My only suggestion is to put the hotel restaurant menu in the rooms. Although the prices were normal for the area, we unfortunately did not hear about it until the last day. We would also like to thank the entire team. Quality is quality everywhere.

Comfortable living, good breakfast

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I used the spa services and everything was wonderful. The masseurs were very professional and skilled. You can comfortably enjoy the sauna, pool, and steam room. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming. Mr. Ahmet took special care of us and gave detailed information about the spa packages. We chose the best package and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable time. The Turkish bath was also amazing. I am very satisfied with the service. Thank you!
