Overall I felt very comfortable and safe staying here. Staff were so helpful and friendly and the location was fantastic. It was unfortunate the restaurant was closed so I couldn’t get dinner.

Two adults and two children stayed in a family room for two nights. We really just neeeded a bed and shower as we spent our time in Aviemore out exploring, and Premier Inn ticked those boxes. The room, although we thought a little small for four of us was comfortable, everyone enjoyed a couple nights good sleep and the room was clean and spotless. The shower was very powerfully and hot, exactly what we needed after a day at the beach and doing activities. Any staff we had contact with were very friendly and polite, can't fault the stay.

So as soon as I went into my room I knew we were going to have a problem. I need a room with a window that opens and I could smell that this room did not have windows that can be opened. I could smell the previous occupants aftershave. This for me is a huge problem. I need a room that can be aired and that does not smell of anyone. I also need to sleep with the window open. There is a temperature control which worked well though only went as low as 19. I prefer 16. The room was the standard for this hotel chain. I was surprised that the bedroom lamp was broken and the walls around the bin are dirty as this is a fairly new hotel....Please clean the food off the walls around the bin. On the plusses, great water pressure and I did have a quiet nights sleep. Bed was comfortable and the setting is beautiful. Didnt like the loo roll dispencer rather than a roll but thats not a deal breaker. There was a bar and cafe but the restraunt was closed when I was there. Bit of a shame and I really do feel that I should have been told this before I arrived.

Damp, smell, mouldy with paint peeling in the bathroom. For a relatively new hotel it was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend.

Stayed here last week whilst on the way up to Inverness. Quite a new Premier Inn so the room was modern etc. Disappointed that the bar and restaurant were closed on a Tuesday night however there are plenty of food options a short walk away in the town.

Not the usual standard for a premier inn. Cleanliness is very poor especially in the bathroom. Room 201. The shower curtain desperately needs replacing, it was filthy, skirting very dusty, the overflow in sink filthy, round the bath taps and bath hand rail is black with dirt. The hand soap dispenser needs removing and cleaning - disgusting. The plug for bath needs re-fixing, the shower curtain needed hooking up. The bathroom ceiling needs attention. We couldn’t work the aircon, room was too warm and you can’t open a window. There was rubbish under the bed. There was only one drinking glass supplied. The net curtain should be double the width to hang properly, dear me it looks terrible. Hand prints on the back of the room door. Then to top it all the restaurant was not open in the evening as the chef hadn’t turned up!!! Just not a great experience. Staff were nice, and breakfast was good. Such a pity that the bathroom was so dirty. Do the cleaners not know how to clean.

All I required for a one night stay. A good sized clean room with all facilities thoughtfully laid out and a comfortable bed. There was a problem with the TV coming on at random, fixed promptly by a staff member. The restaurant was closed due to staff shortages, but I ate out as I had intended too anyway. Good moderate priced Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away.

Situated on the main road through the town, about 1/2 mile from the main centre. EV charger on site howeverat the Macdonalds Hotel nearby, several Tesla Public chargers available. Typical Premier Inn, dinner ok..a few items not available. Breakfast also ok. We tried to have the meal deals covering both meals, however the staff member just could not correctly work out the cost, its was embarrasing almost laughable. We could have got away cost next to nothing and in the end, we were still a few pounds undercharged. Had a noisey group of young men occupying the bar, however, it was good to see the Manageress had them well under control, well done. Rooms were a good size.
