The hotel has a great location and convenient parking, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Neither good nor bad. No bottled water, no toiletries, and no slippers provided. It's close to the train station and the Pope's Palace, so the location is convenient.

Stayed here with the kids! The room was huge! Two king beds, a great hotel! Clean and tidy, and it has a swimming pool!

Great location, just outside the Old Town and right next to it! Excellent service, and the guy at the front desk was super handsome and had a cool, confident vibe! The breakfast restaurant also had a very handsome staff member! Everyone was just so good-looking! The only downside was the parking, which was €13 per day. It was perfect for resting our feet after a day of exploring the Old Town!

The location is fantastic, right next to the central train station. The city gate is directly opposite the station, making travel incredibly convenient. I debated whether to stay inside or outside the city walls, and now I feel staying outside was the smart choice. The hotel room is very spacious, easily accommodating a family of three. This time it was just my mother and I, so we had plenty of room. The only minor drawback was that the showerhead was a bit old and didn't have great water pressure, and the water temperature wasn't very stable.

I stayed here for the laundry and dry cleaning service (charged), which was also stated on Trip.com and the hotel website. However, when I checked in, they said that the laundry service was collected by an outsourced company every morning and returned that evening. This meant that I was only staying for one day and could not use the service. The service facilities were misleading. In addition, most of the towels in the room were linty and had been used and washed countless times without replacement.
