There were some misunderstandings about dinner and spa services. The rooms could really do with an upgrade. We came for dinner and were sent to the downstairs buffet, and the downstairs restaurant told us that the three-course dinner was in the upstairs restaurant. We were seated and then they told that Le Paysage restaurant does not serve a three-course dinner on a Saturday night, so why did the receptionist book a three-course dinner at Le Paysage on Saturday night? We used the spa services, which were really nice, but we had not even had time to fully enjoy the salt and aromatherapy rooms when the reception started calling to say that we had not paid for the massages, I understand that the services have to be paid for, but why can't they tell us beforehand that we will have to pay immediately, not after the stay, and why is it necessary to prevent the clients from relaxing? Does that seem professional to you? They could have said it before the massages or when you come and get a bracelet to access the salt and aromatherapy rooms... The stay itself was not bad, thank you
