The staff of the hotel is best and so friendly, they are so polite and kind. As soon as you get to the hotel you feel like home. The rooms are so beautiful, clean and comfortable. The hotel serves the best food as per your preference and liking

Fantastic hotel. The rums at big and well equipped. There is a beautiful pool, a gym and several restaurants. The food is amazing, very high quality products and the staff is professional and service minded, they made us feel at home. Specially impressed by the general Manager, Mr Muluken that went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

Excellent stay in Hawassa! The Rori hotel is convenient, it’s clean, the restaurants are enjoyable with good food, the rooms are comfortable. Best of all - the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone going to beautiful Ethiopia!

What an incredible experience !!!! The staff was fantastic, I would not stay at any other place in Hawassa!!!! The room was very comfortable and clean. The food at both restaurants was delicious and I can’t say enough about the staff and people! I will be back at RORI for sure

Wonderful hotel that is only surpassed by its staff's friendliness and hospitality. For Westerners, you will find the Rori safe, clean, and well-appointed. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms include enclosed showers. The beds are definitely on the firm side. The restaurants have a variety of dishes for any taste and the portions are always enough for two to share. There's even a gym on property with enough free weights, machines, and cardio equipment to help you work off all the food. The Rori is our top choice for every visit to Awassa.

I wish I see one Rori hotel in every city. Cleanliness, quiescence, hospitality, humble staffs, flexibility, quality service, .... you have all of them at Rori Service is always given in quality and uniform. Rori is an impressive space for everybody who wants to take rest and relax.

I had a wonderful experience at Rori Hotel. The room was impeccably clean, the service was exceptional, and the waiters were incredibly welcoming specifically I wondered how waiter Mohamed was serving us with no hesitation and laughing.
