Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

I had a pleasure staying at the Legend Marton record holder, Haile Gebre Silasie’s Resort for almost two weeks. What an outstanding customer care, where they greet you from airport pick up, all the way to your room with big smile bowing with their right hand on their chest. I fall in love with everyone from house keeping to the general manager for their respect, warm welcoming, checking on you every aspect of your stay and so on. I truly enjoyed their delicious breakfast, lunch and dinners with variety of choices. One of my favorite things in the morning was, taking a walk in what I called “Eden’s Garden” looking at fresh fruits and vegetables. Then after taking a boat ride on spectacular lake awassa with great tour guy named “ Nahomi” who was well experienced and knows exactly where the Hippos are. He makes sure that you take great pictures or videos!. Every morning “Gebena Buna “pot coffee”ceremony was amazing “ you must ask for it, it’s very testy, organic and feels like you truly had coffee ”. Most importantly, I had a pleasure meeting the legend himself and get to know him, he was very humble and caring and all about making you very comfortable with his jokes. The guest relation “Margarit” was such an amazing woman who checked on us every move and comfort daily even when we are away from the resort…, so much memories that really makes me come back very soon and stay there with my family. I recommend to those who will be visiting awassa to experience such an awesome adventure. MD

They have the best customer service I’ve ever had in my whole life. Everything is exquisite and I have no complaint. The rooms are clean, everyone treated us with respect and everything in this hotel is really beautiful. The pools, the spa, the gym, all were beyond my expectation.

I had an exceptional experience at this family-friendly resort. The staff are incredibly welcoming and well-trained, starting from the airport meet and greet to the reception. Special mention to Liyuwerk , the reception specialist, who was both friendly and highly knowledgeable. The resort offers an excellent restaurant with top-notch food and a children-friendly playground that made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Haile Resort has one of the to tier customer service I have ever seen. I have been to many hotels but this one feels like home. The rooms are super clean and relaxing, the breakfast buffet is to die for. Thank you Haile resort Hawassa. I can’t wait for our next visit.
