Hotel berhampiran Kap Greco View Point, Ayia Napa

The hotel is new, modern and spotless clean. What is lacking is the client service during the stay. There seems to be the rule: the hotel management is king, not the customer. 1st “incident”: booked “Deluxe Sea View Room” (see picture). The sea I only saw when standing on the balcony looking sharp left around the corner of the privacy fence. First statement of Reception: this is sea view. Discussed further 15 min, received sea view room. 2nd: We (3 colleagues with 3 rooms) invited 2 colleagues who stayed in another hotel to our pool area. They were sitting on our sunbeds. Maybe for 15 min we used a fourth sunbed. Pool bar staff immediately came and stated rudely “visitors are not allowed here, you have to leave now”! Discussion with guest relation manager kind of fruitless. She only admit that the personnel should have approached us nicer.

We recently stayed at this beautiful property! WOW! The rooms are perfect and the staff are all so friendly and kind, the food is delicious and we had a wonderful peaceful holiday in a stunning location! The view from our rooms was stunning - directly overlooking the crystal clear blue sea, like a scene from a movie! It was just so beautiful! Absolute heaven! The rooms are lovely, think marble side tables and dressing tables, beautiful walk in shower room of the best quality and crisp clean white linen, highest quality beds that were huge - seriously huge, Mahoosive! Complete with electric blinds to black out the room if required, great air con, a mini bar and high quality soaps and shower gels, room service - everything you could need and more - even the turn down service was perfectly performed every evening with little chocolates left for that late night sneaky treat! The service staff and cleaners were lovely, they really do care and absolutely every member of this little bit of paradise wants you to have the best possible holiday that you can! our rooms were spotlessly cleaned every single day! The hotel is based directly by the beach with shops bars and restaurants around not that you will need them - the onsite restaurants are full of the very best quality food prepared by high quality chefs, nothing is too much trouble! Breakfast is an absolute feast, you can pretty much have what you want fresh fruit, yoghurts, cold meats, cooked full English, breads, pastries cereals an egg chef, literally whatever you can think of - they have it! There are buffet nights, a stunning fish restaurant by the beach, an a la carte option , a grill for lovely Souvlaki and kebabs, Salads or burgers etc - so much choice, The restaurants in this hotel will not disappoint they are lovely and the food quality is excellent, the staff are just so incredibly friendly and kind! The Fishermans hut is superb, i'm not keen on fish but the rest of the family are - no problem they just got me what I preferred - nothing was too much trouble! There are Greek nights and Cypriot nights with wonderful singers and entertainment. We were on full board but the prices were extremely reasonable - I would recommend very highly at least going on half board or you will miss out! The food is Lush! The onsite shop is extremely reasonably priced, lots of trinkets and gifts/clothing to browse and indulge in! We did not try the spa but others told us it was excellent! The location is directly, and I do mean directly, on the beach! You step off of your Sunbed onto a powder sand beach and walk a few short steps to the calmest, warmest sea ever - this hotel is based in one of the most beautiful locations on earth! We have been to Cyprus many times before but this really is something else - the Grecian bay is on another level all together! Spent a week here in excellent conditions at a decent price. A mixt up of all flavors: from many young adults that came for fun to a few couples enjoying the old times. Extremely hard working and well custom oriented friendly stuff. Good food, rooms, pool and map location. Close to everything you might want to experience. A very pleasant and relaxing stay!

Luxury 5* hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and had super pleasant and relaxing time. Very beautiful designs, pool and view on it is amazing, nice balcony with big chairs, I liked a lot a window in a bathroom which you can close if you wish. Literally everything you wish. Iron inside the room was very good plus. Breakfast with beautiful view and big choice from buffet and a-la cart. Very helpful and respectful staff! We had problems with our door late in the night and they helped us several times to fix it, even though this issue was quite annoying. Actually everything we asked - they helped us! We asked to change the room for the more expensive one and they also fixed it even the hotel was fully booked. Very silent inside the room and speaker in the bathroom was nice add on. The only thing which we was not amazed was the dinner - didn’t feel well after it two times, breakfast was much better. Hotel is super fresh, just opened, rooms are still smelling like brand new furniture. Location is nice! It took us literally 5-7 min to come to the bars street and 5 min down to go to the beach (next to kaliva beach bar), has a direct road through the parking next to the red supermarket, which we didn’t see in the beginning. Everything is really designed for two. A lot of couples, nice contingent, no kids and full relaxation. I would recommend to visit for sure ❤️ and amazing photos as a plus.

Second time in this hotel and as before very nice stay.Staff are very friendly reception staff Tanya,Bipu,Olga and Camill .Cleaning staff very professional special thanks to Elaine,who was our cleaner last year, and Frosa who loved to chat.Pool was very clean,pretty quiet and plenty of comfatable sun beds.This is a nice quiet small hotel ideal for relaxation you could get breakfast there and snacks in the afternoon which were very nice from the napa crown.Main meals were served in the sister hotel Nelda Beach which was only a short walk over the road ,again food was excellent always a good choice.The all inclusive was in the napa crown a well run sports bar attached to the hotel this is a public pub well run by Marios a really friendly chap who always welcomed us,his staff are very professional special mention to Purushottam who is very friendly and polite but happy to serve you.The staff remembered us from last year which is nice.There is also a well stocked supermarket attached which is open very late and well priced. The downside is that we needed two rooms My friend had a pool view I paid quite a lot extra for a Sea view room as these were the only rooms left.We were intrigued as to where the sea view room would be as we are a little way from the sea.We arrived early hours my friends pool view was a wall you could see the pool if you looked round the wall,however the staff being what they are gave him a sea view room the next morning free of charge.My sea view was from my balcony on the top floor granted you could see the sea but it was a long way off ,couldn’t make anything out and definitely not worth the £300 I paid extra than a pool view.Tui contacted the hotel and we’re told that it was classed as a sea view if you want to see boats etc I would advise that you to take binoculars,I would definitely use this hotel again just wouldn’t pay for a distant Sea view,just a shame this is my only complaint but it’s a lot of money for what you get.

Here is my review for the Melpo Antia Hotel & Suites Ayia Napa Cyprus. Please take into account that we did come at the very end of the season so bear this in mind when reading my review. Cleanliness Absolutely faultless. Maids cleaned the room every day and left clean towels. Made the beds apart from Sunday which could be a limited service. Food The food is very good for an all inclusive hotel. When you book all inclusive you have to take into account the mass production of food and that it is not always piping hot. Lunch was usually the previous nights dinner but again, it was end of season and the hotel was not very busy so this was no surprise. The snack bar was not that great. Usually some salad, nuggets and chips. Again as there were not many guests at the hotel I can understand why there was not much choice and in the height of season this could be much better. Entertainment. Valentino the entertainment guy was superb. A lovely friendly guy, talked to all the guests and provided some excellent quizzes on an evening. He is an asset to this hotel. Kids I would not say this hotel was particularly great for children. There is not much for them to do and the children’s pool is tiny and would liken it to a large paddling pool. Also there was no kids club available but again please remember we came at the very end of the season and this could be why. Staff The staff were all lovely. There was table service at mealtimes for your drinks and plates and tables were cleared very quickly. To name a few, Vicktoria, Florentina, Lazoras,Pannikkos and Jordan were all lovely friendly staff. There were more but I didn’t get all their names. Location. The hotel is right in the centre of Ayia Napa so has everything on its doorstep. The harbour is about a 7 minute walk and the beach around the same. There are a large selection of shops within minutes of the hotel. The nightclubs again are about 5 minutes away but did not disturb us within the hotel. Height of season however could be different. All in all, a very lovely hotel. Clean, tidy and nice food. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and groups without young children. However within our party of 10, we had a 5 and a 6 year old and there is plenty to do for them within a short distance of the hotel.

Apartahotel moderno e ben tenuto, in posizione strategica per visitare Agia Napa. Grande e con tutto il necessario. Non ho provato il ristorante, ma aveva un'ampia scelta. Unica pecca, i dispenser di shampoo e sapone in bagno erano vuoti. Tornerei senza dubbio.

We had an amazing holiday at the Chrysomare beach hotel. The hotel is spacious, clean and well maintained. Our room was beautiful with a balcony and Seaview. The staff were very helpful and polite. When we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome by Maria (red hair). Maria went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and content, she made our stay even more enjoyable as she is always so happy and full of energy. Thank you Maria you are truly an amazing person with a kind heart. I will also like to thank Dionisis who was also excellent, friendly and made us feel at home. To be fair all of the staff were great but Maria and Dionisis were exceptional. Thank you all

We had a room with seaview . The stay was amazing, the staff was very friendly and you also could see the smile behind the masks. The room was equipped modern and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a lot the stay and can recommend the hotel 😁
