From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold!! I have never been in a place where I've felt so welcome by so many people? from reception, in a restaurant the staff is was fantastic, smiling and everything we ask always it was next too ass, the chef is fabulous, and to the people you walk by into your room is awesome! breakfast, lunch and dinner excellent 👌.

Such a beautiful hotel, will be coming back again. The staff are lovely and caring, we had an amazing time here and we will defo be coming back. The rooms and the hotel were clean and there was cleaners everyday. The food was lovely and the views were amazing.

Great place with super friendly service, clean and big swimming pool. Thanks to Anna, very warm welcome, also she was helping us with getting around, advices for local places etc. :) Nice breakfast and dinner. Thanks All we will definitely come back.

Amazing Hotel! Nice and clean, daily service from the maides, great restaurant with really delicious food, great staff and a super nice chef! We stayed two nights but extended our stay as we were so satisfied with everything! Located right in the center of everything but not disturbed at all with surrounding noices! Highly recommended!

Great hotel very well organised and clean, baldy barman is a top guy and has a great laugh with you. Highly recommend, would happily return for another stay here. Great pool, great rooms, great atmosphere.

We spent 10 nights all inclusive from 29th October 2023 We paid extra to have a penthouse sea view room, which wasn't quite as good as we had expected but nevertheless was comfortable & spotlessly clean. We had a couple of problems in our room which were sorted out quickly 🙂 The food in the restaurant breakfast & evening wasn't amazing🤔🙄 but was OK we didn't starve but we also didn't really look forward to our meals there. Food was not at a good temperature 🥶 no matter what time we went in. Asked staff to warm our plates of food up in the microwave a couple of times. Lunch meals served in the pool restaurant were the best cooked to order & hot. Sometimes we didn't have breakfast & waited till 11am when they served breakfast in the pool bar again cooked to order & hot. Staff are so friendly & helpful especially Laura who went above & beyond to make our stay good in restaurants & her son Ariran in bar 🙂 It was almost the end of the season & so quiet in the area & hotel. We are 2 adults in our 60's we like long walks, day trips to see the area, a comfy bed & good food. Food wasn't as good as it could have been, but we would still recommend this hotel 👌 This hotel closes 12th Nov till April. Top tips : take your travel mug & get your hot drinks(we take ours everywhere) put straight in there if you like a big cup of tea/coffee, the cups they have are small, no sweetners only sugar, so if you require these take some. Sockets in hotel are all UK 3 pin so no adapter required if you are from UK & USB in room too. Towels are supplied for pool & you can take these to beach too 🙂👍

A short get away at this hotel, it is a good hotel for the price, bar staff and reception are very good, as specially Anna on reception, on arrival I was upgraded to superior room, witch was good, also the golden reef lounge bar it is part of the hotel,was excellent Negatives the pillows could be better As well as no complimentary water in the room, also sirgest a small bottle of wine, overall a 4 star rating for me
