Terokai Ulasan Tetamu Hotel di Ayia Napa

Nissi Beach Resort
4.3/542 Ulasan
10/10 As a travel professional and as a guest I would totally recommended the hotel. The location and the garden are the highlight of the Resort. The frontdesk staff very helpful and fast at the check in/out process. I was staying in Standard sea view room in Main building with an amaizing view of the beach and the sea. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and with amenities, maybe was missing just a room slippers but not a big deal. The staff at the restaurant were professional, helpful and very kind. *Recommendation try Nissi Passion cocktail The food was delisious and the cocktails also. I was on BB so I just have the breakfast buffet, which was diferse and had a lot of options, my suggest maybe should have fresh juices or some overnight oats and chia puddings( as a healthy options) but although was good. The beach area is equiped with sunbeds and umbrella 5 eur per sunbed for the hotel .The sundbeds at the pool are free of charge The staff that works at the beach -charging sunbeds are always in positive vibe and make u feel welcomed. There was two beach bars and snacks station and the staff there was also kind and helpful In general October ist the best month to visit Cyprus is less crowdy and the weather is perfect, but for sure I will visit Nissi Resort at the peak months as well, maybe this time i would choose suite bungalow just to be closer to the beach . I would recommend this hotel to families but also two couples and even a solo travellers . Greetings Nissi Resort I wish you many satisfied guests and many great seasons ahead.
Anmaria Beach Hotel & Spa
3.8/548 Ulasan
Anmaria Hotel is in a good location for beach and restaurants /bars, the pool area, rooms, dining area and reception are lovely. Unfortunately there is clearly an issue with staff, particularly bar/dining area staff, the staff are not happy, they don’t smile (despite the plastic pint cup on the bar with a note saying “tip for a beautiful smile” customer service is poor, staff moral is low, we were unfortunate to witness a row between 2 female members of staff in the dining room, shouting at each other in Greek! It was very sad to witness and concerning, the atmosphere wasn’t good, we tried not to let it affect our holiday but certainly not ideal. The games room area needs attention! Tired and old. No darts for dart board, birds nest on the dart board! Air hockey takes 2 euros not 1 euro as discovered! The bar area is not an inviting place to sit in the evening, bright lights, plastic tables/chairs, plastic cups which I can understand during the day by the pool but not in the evening when people are dressed smartly for evening meal and drinks? The indoor bar area was always empty, people tended to sit outside. It is a pity as this hotel has great potential, management need to step up and address obvious issues!
Gaia Sun N Blue Hotel

Very much recommend this hotel! It’s really boutique, perfect for quiet relax. The pool is small but pleasant to play in with enough sun beds and space for everyone. The beach is also close if you prefer, with bars, music etc. The Ayia Napa nightlife is far away not to disturb you but within a reach.
Amarande (Adults Only)

The hotel is new, modern and spotless clean. What is lacking is the client service during the stay. There seems to be the rule: the hotel management is king, not the customer. 1st “incident”: booked “Deluxe Sea View Room” (see picture). The sea I only saw when standing on the balcony looking sharp left around the corner of the privacy fence. First statement of Reception: this is sea view. Discussed further 15 min, received sea view room. 2nd: We (3 colleagues with 3 rooms) invited 2 colleagues who stayed in another hotel to our pool area. They were sitting on our sunbeds. Maybe for 15 min we used a fourth sunbed. Pool bar staff immediately came and stated rudely “visitors are not allowed here, you have to leave now”! Discussion with guest relation manager kind of fruitless. She only admit that the personnel should have approached us nicer.
Chrysomare Beach Hotel & Resort

The hotel is rated as 5 star but realistically is a strong 4 star. The hotel grounds and building cannot be faulted but the hotel lacks the service you expect from a 5 star. There may be an argument that we stayed in February which is out of season but for a 5 star hotel I would expect 5 star service. We stayed in a superior room with lateral sea view. The room had twin beds which was disappointing but they were comfortable. The bedding was secured at the bottom with velcro which did made for some slight discomfort during the night when the bedding became undone and the velcro patches rubbed against your skin. The room was cleaned every day but not to a good quality. We wasn’t given clean towels every day and the floor wasn’t swept or hoovered, only mopped so after a few days hair and dust was stuck to the wet floor. The bed was made every day but not to the standard it was upon arrival. Something so trivial really enhances an experience. The food greatly lets the hotel down. We stayed with an all inclusive package but ate out one night due to the lack of choice and variety. Breakfast every day was good with plenty of selection but we found lunch and dinner was often the same food served up during both meals. The food lacked flavour and taste and was too salty a lot of the time. There are limited options for vegetarians too. Another problem we found during lunch and dinner was that the staff seat you and bring you drinks, only during breakfast can you get your own drinks. This level of service is nice however we found it almost impossible to be able to get a second drink during lunch and dinner as staff were not available to order drinks with. The service felt half hearted as the hotel wants to enhance the guests experience yet you are limited to how many drinks you can have. One thing that does deserve mentioning is the soft drinks available are all branded which was great. Pepsi, Fanta and 7-Up were available at the bars and restaurant. The cocktails were also good and tasted fantastic. Checkout is at 11am and access to the all inclusive package ends then which was a shock for a 5 star hotel. Upon checkout on our last day we were told that we no longer had access to the all inclusive package and our wrist bands were removed. You are given a voucher to be able to have lunch depending on your pick up time but any drinks have to be purchased which we were shocked by and put a negative downside to the end of our holiday. We had an evening flight home and had half a day at the hotel waiting for our pick up with no drinks. Overall we had a pleasant holiday and the hotel cannot be faulted for the design and facilities. It is the service and quality that lets the hotel down and you can see the difference between this hotel and other 5 star hotels.
Nelia Beach Hotel & Spa

My wife and I stayed at the Nelia beach hotel at the end of October and I must say the hotel is perfectly placed next to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the harbour. The hotel itself is fantastic and the staff from front desk to cleaners and waiting staff are absolutely brilliant. The hotel is so clean with rooms in a fantastic condition with everything you possibly need in them.(We had a deluxe sea view room on the 5th floor which was excellent. The food at breakfast lunch and dinner was great although we only stayed a week and I expected it would be a repeat menu if staying longer. The pool area is a little crowded even at the end of October but get up early enough and you get a good sunbed. Entertainment was ok if you like that sort of thing. We only had a couple of criticisms (more my preference) with our stay and that was the drinks on the all-inclusive menu and no waiter service around the pool or tables at dinner time. I personally only drink larger(don't like spirit's 🤦). On the all inclusive menu you could only get local beer which to my surprise was a beer called Zorba I think it was called. Never heard of it before and tbh it's not a beer I would have again. When in Cyprus I usually prefer Keo or Leon but you had to buy these as they were not on the all-inclusive menu. Also cider is not on the all-inclusive menu either we had to pay for them. So I would of preferred it if Keo/Leon both local beers were on the all-inclusive menu. That's was the only faults I could find with our stay at the Nelia beach hotel. I'd still highly recommend.
