This hotel doesn’t deserve its 5-star rating; at best, it should be rated two stars due to cleanliness issues, poor staff, and subpar service. From the start, the check-in process was terrible, with an unreasonably long waiting time. The receptionist, Ismail, was particularly rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service skills. It’s the worst service I have ever encountered. The rooms were dirty and did not resemble what is shown on social media, especially Instagram. Everything presented online is misleading. The food was also disappointing; room service quality was unacceptable. The only positive aspect was the security staff, who were welcoming and professional. However, the night shift staff, particularly Ismail, were horrible. Management should take note of these issues, especially the director, if they are even aware of what’s happening in their hotel. It’s a shame and a huge disappointment. A hotel shouldn’t just focus on social media presence or bringing in influencers to show off fake impressions—reality matters. Hotels should prioritize treating customers well and providing a great experience to encourage repeat business. I will never return to this hotel, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
