It was my first trip to Tunis, and I chose Ibis based on a friend's recommendation. The hotel staff promptly attended to my check-in and were hospitable and friendly throughout my stay. I enjoyed the pub in the lobby, which was very convenient. The hotel breakfast was moderate, and I hope the variety of hot meals can be improved further.

The hotel is good for one night at most. The mattress and bed are separate, constantly rolling up, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast isn't bad, but you have to get it before 8:00, as they don't refresh it after each course. Restaurant prices are several times higher than in the city (drinks 3-4, meals 4-5) and aren't particularly high quality. I was charged a tax upon check-in and a second tax upon check-out. It's unclear why, as the city tax was included in my reservation. The girl couldn't explain why, and I was in a hurry.

Hygiene: Very clean, it's rare to come across such a clean IBIS. I don't wear slippers and my bare feet won't get dirty. Environment: Convenient transportation, about ten minutes to the airport Facilities: Compared with other hotels in Tunisia, the facilities are relatively new. Service: The service attitude is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic. There are not enough hot dishes for breakfast, but the rest is good and it's ok to stay.
