This is my 4th time staying at Novotel Tunis Mohammed V. While the staff are nice and helpful as always, I believe that the quality of rooms and the service has deteriorated drastically. I had problem with the WC closet which was leaking water. After reporting the problem, someone came to check but explained that it would take time to fix it and left and I wasn’t offered to change the room afterwards. Water was being wasted during my whole stay of 5 nights. The menu at the restaurant was very poor and had very limited choices. The breakfast had no choices and I was forced to have my breakfast everyday outside as I didn’t believe that it was worth paying the extra for it. Same for dinner when I wanted to have something there but I was very limited in choices that I had to eat outside everyday day. I really recommend the situation to be reviewed and the service to be improved. I have been staying there for 2 years and each time I visit Tunisia for business and it is a pity to see such decline in service. You can check my comments from 2023 to see the difference. I really don’t like changing my hotels but I will be forced to if I find the situation the same the next time I visit.

First Impression is the Last Impression. I've never stayed here, however, I can already sense that my experience would have been far from satisfactory. The hotel’s service left much to be desired, particularly in terms of communication. Lack of Responsiveness is one of the Hotel's major issue. It's failure to answer phone calls and emails despite multiple attempts to get in touch for both pre-arrival queries and in-stay requests, I received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that positions itself as a mid-range to premium option.

This was my second time staying at this place. It was again for business. As I wrote in my first review, amazing location close to everything (airport, city center…etc), amazing and helpful staff. We held a confer at the hotel this time and the staff were very helpful. The conference hall had everything we needed. It was clean and we found it ready before the kick off of our event which helped us a lot. We definitely stay there again. I think the only improvement can be having an option for included breakfast instead of charged as extra.

All well! Great location. Friendly service. Great food. Clean rooms. Light and airy conference room. After work, I can especially recommend the professional spa treatments with lovely Souhir (great massages). Wonderful view from roof top terrace.

This is a letter I sent to TRAVELURO - beware of being scammed as you can read from other people who were not as fortunate as me! Should be 0 stars, but 1 star is minimum to make a review!! ******* Thankyou for refunding me within 10 minutes of making the booking for a £12 "special offer" against the normal price of £156 on "Booking com" for a 1 night stay in the NOVOTEL TUNIS! I was astonished to see the £12 back in my account so quickly! I broke my own rules by not first checking Trust Pilot, Trip Advisor and other review sites about TRAVELURO before I booked with your "disgusting company"! I see now "the scam"!!! You return this small amount of money, give me 10% "bonus" off my next booking which will encourage me to rebook with TRAVELURO at the Novotel or other hotels of this standard at a much higher "Normal" price. Then, that is when you will complete the scam by giving me a false sense of security with this refund and an apologetic letter explaining the "technical difficulties with the booking". I then make ANOTHER more expensive booking with TRAVELURO and never see my money again and the hotel concerned denies having any dealings with"TRAVELURO" when I arrive at the reception!! I have always used reliable *********** for 15 years travel to 45 countries without not even one problem!!! So thankyou for the £12 "refund" and in case you had any ideas about trying to obtain money from the card I paid it by - don't bother - the card is cancelled!!!! 😂 I shall also be warning all my contacts about TRAVELURO and the scam repeating that "if it looks to good to be true" then it probably isn't true! If this letter just stops only one person from being scammed, it will be a victory!!!! I only know of TRAVELURO on looking at NOVOTEL in Tunis! Be aware of this company when booking hotels, anywhere in the world!!! It certainly is brining the name of Novotel Tunis into disrepute with these "scam" bookings! ******* Happy travels and be warned! 👍

An ideal location in the downtown, with a breathtaking view from the sky lounge, it was an absolutely unforgettable experience, the extensive menu was super delicious and perfectly presented, the staff was very attentive, starting with the manager, who checked every table and made sure everything was in order, right down to the waiters who were very efficient, nothing was forgotten or skimped on. I felt warmly welcomed and would highly recommend this place.

The hotel is well located and includes all the essential things a guest might need. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and fully equipped, and the room service was excellent. The only downside in my opinion was the price which in my opinion is very high based on the location and rating of the hotel. I don’t think I would stay there again.

Good hotel - terrible staff & service. Even the free water, they want to charge me the same. Front office is informing me that the water is chargeable, on the other hand room service informed that the water is free of charge from the housekeeping. Since i stayed in several hotels worldwide, specially Accor, so they have to enhance the training of the staff, specially the managers to be able to be good example for the junior ones.

Conveniently located hotel in centre Tunis recommended for business visits, with comfortable rooms, offering good Wi-Fi connectivity throughout hotel as well. Good & friendly service & staff. Lovely SkyBar & pool on top floor too.

Hotel is fine and within what you would expect from a Novotel, just a little bit outdated (for my taste) Else everything you can expect was here. In the superior room, you also have a couch to sit around and relax. TV may be a bit small for some. Food at the restaurant was ok.

Très bon hôtel proche de tout chaleureux et très confortable. Je le recommande tant pour son hébergement que pour sa restauration. Le personnel est au petit soin pour ses clients. Et la cuisine qui est servie est délicieuse variée et raffinée.
