It's certainly an older hotel and it looks in need of tender loving care. However, it was a good price and the staff were nice. The aircon worked. The water was warm though the shower hose was broken.

I decided to try this hotel again because the location was close to the port. While I found it better than my last visit it was still not on par with the best hotels in Bacolod. The good: - The hotel is clean - being attached to the SM Mall with lots of choices for food and shopping was great - Sleep quality was acceptable - water pressure in the shower was great The bad - breakfast was especially bad. No bacon, no egg station, the only juice was calamari’s- how do you provide a breakfast buffet in a tropical country with no mango or pineapple juice??? The coffee and tea is serve yourself. This simply does not compare to the breakfast buffets at the better hotels in Bacolod . The no longer provide individually bottled water in the room. Instead it’s a large bottle that at least in my room was not marked as filtered, so I went out and bought water. - overall the feel is as though they are trying to get by on the cheap. The low quality desk chair, lack of individuality bottled water, poor quality towels, etc. all lead to this feel It’s not bad, just not worth the price. There are much better options in Bacolod for less money

Booked a Deluxe Queen room. Quite big and good value for money. Swimming pool is nice. Left me a little bitter mouth because in 40 years of travelling this is the first time I have been charged for a dirty towel. Reception was like ”Sir, we need to charge you because the towel is dirty”. Me: ”aren't these supposed to get dirty?” Reception:” Yes, but not that dirty”. Towel was dirty (dust from the car, no oil or things like that, just dust), nothing a washing machine would clean. I was in a hurry to check out otherwise I would have washed in the shower and left it kind of cleaner 🙄. It's ok, I have been charged 300php, but of course I requested them to give me the towel. Lol.

My fiancee and i like this hotel since its clean and the staff are very much accommodating.. Foods are great too... Plus its near in Sm, baywalk downtown church and in port going to manila all in walking distance only..one thing im sure is were going to go back in this hotel again and again... Thank you so much Acacia Hotel for the good accommodation that we experience during our stay there.. Godbless.....................

I love how clean my room was, I hope for new pillows. They were not fluffy enough. I had a good sleep though. The staff were also pleasant. I love the K9 named wattatops. I also would like to suggest to add fruit looks on your cereal for breakfast and more food choices for buffet.

This has been my go-to hotel since 2013 and I can say that I am always at home every time I check in here. My recent stay was during the holidays from December 29, 2023 to January 4, 2024. What I notice different from the previous stays were the staffs are more proactive and very customer-service oriented and would greet you when they see you at the lobby. These minor touch is very well appreciated by guests. The front desk were very helpful and efficient. The housekeeping were always on their foot everytime I need them. The bellman were also warm everytime they greeted us at the lobby. The hotel room I stayed was great although a bit dated. Aircon was good and powerful. The bathroom was also great, not slippery, no moldy areas. The breakfast buffet is great as well. Staffs at Ripples restaurant were up on their feet and is very efficient in assisting guests. Overall, I had a great stay and would still stay here when I’m in Bacolod.

While the hotel boasts beautiful interiors, the service is a major fail! On the second day of my stay, I took the initiative to remind the staff about our request for extra beds, which I had already made upon check-in. I came back to hotel at 2pm to remind front desk. However, despite my efforts, the beds were still not set up by 6 pm. So once again we reminded the front swak as my kids had a delayed flight, and we wanted the beds ready after dinner. We reiterated our request multiple times throughout the day. Yet, to my dismay, upon returning from dinner at 8:30 pm, the beds remained unprepared and not even seen in the room. To add to the frustration, the front desk girl named Ann told us the delay to our supposed indecision regarding a breakfast package in connection to the extra bed. The breakfast-inclusive package or not should have had no bearing on the timely setup of our beds. We also had requested before we left the room that our safe was not in working condition and if they would be able to repair or replace. Upon returning after dinner - no action had been made. Safe still busted. Worst of all after a very tiring day at 10:45pm music is blaring loudly one floor above us on the 5th. They didnt even warn us of an event ongoing. We would have never checked in if we were told ahead of time that there would be disturbing music all night long. Such a disappointment! Glaring difference between the hotel's impressive aesthetics and its operational inefficiency. Basic guest comfort and service is soooo lacking.

My wife and I stayed at the Henry Hotel for 5 weeks. We were totally impressed by Beverly's staff. They were professional, friendly, and accommodating. All my requests were handled in a prompt manner. The rooms were clean and up-to-date and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant had delicious food they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant staff we're excellent. Their location is close to Robinsons Mall. We felt very safe. The hotel has after hour security and it's across the street from the PNP police station. I would totally recommend the Henry. Thank you Beverly!

The room was very clean and comfy. I had an amazing stay however, I am a busy person and prefer to stay inside the room most of the time. I don't have much time in the world to go out and look for someplace to eat. I suggest you find someone to partner you in providing food for your guests especially during the night or early mornings. The staff were nice and accommodating, however, I don't feel any sincerity at all. They all look pleasant but boring, I suggest you should include in your training in teaching them to at least smile, after all, you are from the city of smiles. I was thinking they were only trying their best to be nice just for the sake of doing their jobs. They could have been more welcoming. Thank you for the excellent service though! :)

LLorena TanaelI do love this hotel, they're friendly and very accommodating even if you arrive late at night they are still cheerful and full of energy to serve.their guest. The rate is very affordable and easy to locate, I also love their cookies and shake, soon yummy.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for 2 weeks in GT Hotel because our hometown was affected by Odette and there was no electricity, everything was very good until the last hours of our stay where we were forced to check out eventhough we have scheduled a PAID extended stay. We were advised that someone will occupy the room. What infuriated me most was I wasn't told earlier by Wella the front desk officer at that time who even saw us went out of the hotel 2 hours before the check out, that they confirmed a booking though we already talked a night before that we are extending and paying for an extension of 2-3 hours. She called me to confirm our check out and I told her of our expected checkout as agreed the night before but I was told that we have to vacate the room at 2pm because someone will arrive to check in. They made it sound that there were no other family rooms other than ours than can be occupied even though the hotel was not really fully booked. We totally love the service of the other staff but this one incident made a huge negative impression to us. GT Hotel became our home for that two-week stay in the typhoon devastated province. Just so disappointed how were treated.

WWyNe NetteA place to stay for a quick stop in Bacolod, only stayed for a few hours since our flight was at midnight we decided to look for a place to rest and have a quick bath before going to the airport. Though the place is far from the airport, its accessible in the other parts of the city.

PPengguna TetamuThe place is nice and decent, the staff and people around are warm and welcoming, they assist your needs, they also accept credit cards, their telephone number is functional as well, which is pretty great since I only looked up for available hotels in Bacolod. We are in Masskara festival season, and all other hotels rejected us, since they're full, but they were able to accomodate us readily. We're room 104 and it was decent as well, there are a few insects but it doesn't bother me that much, hairdryer, toiletries are available too, there's a refrigerator and a tv. They also have a packed breakfast meal which is also good, with free coffee as well. I'd like to say thank you for the staff and the owner of this hotel. You guys are doing a very great job

IIsaac Ayer 艾耶尔 StaffordThis hotel was in an excellent location next to shopping malls within walking distance. They provide laundry service for a reasonable price including folding. They had a place to put our two bicycles inside overnight so they were safe as well.

PPengguna TetamuThe epitome of you get what you pay for, but budget should not mean low quality, rooms are far from the pics they show, it was very small for family room standards, cobwebs, dirt on the edges & corners of the room,this shows very very poor housekeeping, should have backed out upon seeing the entrance, uncut grass, dirty facade, upon entering, you are greeted with a musty smell, also, bathrooms is as unappealing as the room, there was also the sound of something gnawing on wood, but to be fair,AC was good, WIFI fast & stable, location is very good, but sadly that's it, to the owners of this hotel, please improve, your location and pricing is hard to beat, cancelled my 2nd day coz I was concerned of my family's health, the 200 peso cancellation fee was well worth it

PPengguna TetamuWe came the other day at OYO ABN hostel with excitement knowing that we can have a comfortable stay/rest from our 2 night tiring trip in Cadiz City, and to our surprise... 😊 Our excitement was turned into disappointment! Because: 1. The floor was dirty and it somehow had random footprints?? It's not even fully furnished, no tiles at all from down to upstairs. 2. We were hardly able to lock the doors and windows due to rust. 3. TV (which facing the wall when we came in the room 😆)/AC/HEATER in the toilet were not working properly and seemed like props for display. 😁😁😁 4. Linens/beddings/towels smells very unpleasant and felt itchy. 5. Tap on the sink were broken. 6. Water from tap smells like rust. 7. Cockroaches under the bed (maybe because of the carton they put under the bed. 8. Double deck were cut in half to make it single bed, 🤣 ladder was just placed under the bed. 9. The electricity got cut off in the middle of the night and was hot due to the AC not working. *We actually booked 2 rooms but we're able to use 4 (and supposedly for 5 days but we stayed only for 8hrs) amaaaazziingggg!!!! Isn't it? 😊 its all because of the above complains hehehehe😊😊😊 Anyweiz, thank you for the 2 pcs of rejoice shampoo and 2 small size of safeguard body soap.... At least, really kept us safe from germs 😜
