Находится отель он немного в глубине квартала, и найти его даже по офлайн-карте будет непросто. От железнодорожного вокзала на перекрестке сверните на Kirchgasse, по ней легче всего и будет найти отель. Персонал на рецепшене находится не всё время, в 6 вечера (по крайней мере зимой) уже никого не застать. Поэтому вместе с ключом от комнаты вам выдадут и ключ от входной двери. Наша комната номер 2 располагалась на первом этаже, и из неё можно выйти прямо на улицу, во дворик. Через балконную дверь, которую снаружи не открыть. Виды открываются на горы захватывающие… Комната довольно большая, уютная, даже больше домашняя. Есть небольшой ТВ на стене, чайник с набором для кофе и чая. Кровать большая, с оптимальным по жесткости матрацем. Несколько подушек на выбор и теплые одеяла C все очень чистое. Холодильник для гостей отеля находится в общем коридоре. Погода в конце января стояла прохладная, но в комнате с деревянным полом было вполне тепло. Завтрак довольно скромный: кофе из кофемашины, сыра, нарезки, соки, выпечка, фрукты, мюсли. Вареные яйца делают по запросу (в яйцеварке). Кухни в отеле нет C омлета и подобного заказать невозможно. На рецепшене призывно стоит настойка со стопочками - очень по сезону 8) WiFi работает стабильно, как в номере, так и в зале, где подается завтрак. Городок Бад Рагац C маленький, так что дойти до любой его достопримечательности от отеля очень просто, но бумажную карту на рецепшене все же лучше взять. Все встречные местные будут с вами здороваться, тут так принято…

First thought, we may get disturbed with Church Bell after reading some reviews however Not at all. Location is superb as Bus stop 1 minute for Pizol, Tamina Thermal pool , Shps, Restaurants, Shops , Train Station are walking distance The Best Bakery with best coffee and Very hospitable owner/ staff just next to It - FASSLER Room was very clean, comfortable bed, large TV with thousands channels, Fridge, Tea& Coffee… Breakfast was really quality with plenty choices with daily fresh bread & croissant , No hot food but be honest we did not miss :-) There was fresh orange juice but seems only Saturday & Sunday mornings! We ate at their Restaurant 1 day. Very delicious food, very polite service Team. Loved the lentil soup, Thank you chef! No staff around, keys are on the reception desk when you come. We met a lady ( sorry can not remember her name, from Portugal ) who was very hard working, polite, helpful and Hospitable. A few area to improve Very bad smell like sweage when you enter the Hotel - all 6 days we stayed Checked boiled Eggs , seems Not daily put as we wanted to have on first day but it was off. We did not try after Overall, Great place to stay, we will be back and recommended

ely picturesque castle on the slopes of a stunning mountain range. Huge grounds with an outdoor pool and lots of parking. The castle rooms were booked out so we stayed in the pavilion, which was great as we could park right in-front of our room and off load our bags. There were delicious wild blackberries there too. The room has a terrace and there are two rooms to a block. Comfortable bed and linen. Cute little chocolates and ear plugs next to the bed, which we didn’t need as it was so quiet. Breakfast is served in the castle. The eggs were really fresh, however breakfast could do with a bit more variety, more quality meats, cheeses and freshly cooked omelettes would be good. The bread was yummy. Reception and the lounge areas are stunning in the castle!

This hotel suited our needs, as we wanted to explore the untourist part of Switzerland. The hotel was the first hotel we have booked on the trip app which was not prepaid. When we arrived at the hotel it was automated entry with us entering our details into a entry machine by inputting your name and locating your booking and inserting payment card. Your room key is than printed and you swipe in. The rooms are clean with a nice decor with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The beds are comfy and we slept well as located in a quite location. Maybe too quite for some as most shops where closed. There is a local pub near by with friendly bar staff. Breakfast is provided but limited with choice compared to other places we have stayed. I liked that freewater was provided in the room which was a nice gesture. Bathroom is functional with very good shower pressure.

We arrived later at night than anticipated. The man at the front desk was understanding & generous as he carried our luggage up to our room. Our room was cute& cozy. Very clean. Breakfast was delicious & many selections to pick from. Hotel was in a great location. About A 10-15 minute walk to the train station. Because of the friendly staff, I would stay at this hotel again!

We booked the ”Zeit zum Zweit” package, staying in a junior suite. The whole weekend perfectly lived up to expectations, and would echo all the positive feedbacks others have posted for this hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff at reception and restaurant were very friendly. Room was extremely comfortable, impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet / peaceful night sleep.

After few years I returned to Grand Hotel, it had been always my escape to paradise and I enjoyed it immensely. This time I was surprised by not finding the reception where it used to be, the entry to Grand Hotel was instead filled with shops and boutiques. Do you really find it necessary and profitable? I have never seen any customers in these fancy boutiques, I hated them, the hotel changed into a market, kind of upper class market with cashmere clothes and glitter junk. Not so many oligarchs any more, so what is it good for? The new design of the rooms is rather disappointing, I prefered the old, cosy beige, golden style. Anyway, Helena Bad is still the same and the staff is gentle, kind and professional. Please, get rid of these ridiculous shops and reinstall the old reception desk.

Angenehmes und ruhiges Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für Biketouren in der Umgebung. Frühstücks-Büffet ok, ein kleines Restaurant für Snacks und einfache Gerichte ist auch vorhanden. Vor dem Hotel hat es viele Parkplätze und Ladestationen für Teslas und E-Mobile. Für Bikes hat es eine abschliessbare Garage. Die Zimmer sind einfach und funktionell eingerichtet. Nur die Badewanne hat mich gestört, eine Duschkabine wäre besser gewesen. (Hat es auch in anderen Zimmern). Verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen, Nähe Autobahn Anschluss und Bahnstation Maienfeld. Personal sehr nett.

Chosen for its close proximity to the station, and Chur for our departure on the Glacier Express we could not have chosen better. A couple in front of us were experiencing difficulties at the self check-in but reassuringly were receiving help on the phone so when we experienced the same we were confident that we could get help and so with a little time wasted we were off to Junior Suite 3. It was huge, light and airy. Great entrance area for case, coats, storage, large bathroom with spacious shower and then the room itself with 5 full width windows across was vast offering a great view. Large sofa seating area and adjustable TV was well thought out, would suggest a coffee table beneficial. The concealed kitchen added to the comfort of the suite but with only a microwave I assume utensils and crockery are obtained from the refreshment area, as too hot water. One complimentary bottle of water was provided. No USB charge points and found only one socket our plug adaptor fitted. We did enjoy some live UK tv channels. All the facilities were immaculate with the refreshment area being spotless and offering a good selection of drinks, hot and cold, breakfast cereals, yoghurts fresh fruits breads and pastries. The staff very pleasant and doing a good job restocking and cleaning. We missed the opening hours of the nearby Coop but Avec was open 0530-2200 and was very well stocked with lots of choice. I would not hesitate to book another stay - the standard was unexpectedly above average and extremely good.
