Hotel berhampiran Spielplatz Karlspark, Bad Reichenhall

We wanted to stay outside the city to avoid crazy hotel prices for a short drive. NO REGRETS. This hotel was pretty perfect. The VIEW alone was worth it. We had a Mountain View, amazing breakfast buffet, friendly customer service, good prices, clean rooms, wifi, etc. If you’re staying here during the summer and are driving here, I recommend bringing a fan because there aren’t any in the room. That was my one issue. The shower is also somewhat small, but in my experience, that is normal in Europe. Overall, I would definitely come here again! This hotel is also walking distance to a grocery store, playground, bakery, etc.

Stay one nite at this hotel on our way to Salzburg. It’s located at an exit to a highway. There’s a Burger King next door and Adidas factory outlet also nearby. Our room for 2 pax is small. Cleanliness is also questionable as we found dusts and furs in the room. Facilities in the room is very limited. No fridge, no boiler to make hot water and no wardrobe. You will need to go down to the coffee house to get hot water. Breakfast is quite good though. Overall, quite disappointing stay.

nice room with 5 beds, especially for many people's family. own bathroom. good price for below 2000 rmb. nice boss Josef seppy and good excursion programs, like hopping and rafting.

Struttura moderna e pulita. Comodo parcheggio sulla terrazza per le auto. Camera spaziosa e ordinata. Vicino al centro in zona commerciale e industriale. Prezzo competitivo per la città sicuramente consigliato perchi passa in auto da qui.

We stayed for 4 nights in late April/early May. Our honest opinion is there is much to be very happy with ....but, there are a few things which prevented our stay from being excellent. The location is perfect if you want to explore Salzburg and the surrounding area. Parking is easily available and we also made use of the local bus service to get into Salzburg, using the app and buying a 24 hour card. The bus stop is a short walk away. The hotel has been designed to an exceptionally high modern standard. The finish, the furnishings, the decoration, the cleanliness - it's all very good indeed. There are other special touches, including access to hot drinks throughout the day from a good coffee machine. This was appreciated. Our room was a small double, finished to an excellent standard. Clean, with large walk in shower. We felt one of our mattresses (two single beds pushed together to make a double) was very uncomfortable, to the point of back ache and not a great night's sleep. We swapped sides part way through our stay to minimise the problem - One mattress was comfortable. One was awful. We were surprised to be woken up by housekeeping entering our room, shortly after 8am one morning. That's a bit early to be wanting to service bedrooms. Almost all of the staff we interacted with were friendly although we can't say everyone was, especially when they were busy. The breakfast staff were less friendly. Breakfast was a mixed, inconsistent experience. On the best days there was lots of choice and good quality items. On a couple of days, some items weren't replaced or topped up quickly enough - eg) croissants, eggs. One morning, we waited for a table for almost 25 minutes, with no acknowledgement from the staff and no queue. Other guests even jumped ahead of us to grab a table. That wasn't good, at all. The next couple of days we chose to have breakfast much earlier, which solved that problem. On check in, we were given a map of local restaurants, all a short drive away. We did go to a local pizzeria, which was acceptable. It's such a shame that there are no restaurant or bar facilities at the hotel, which would have made all of the difference for us. We would have really liked to enjoy an evening meal or even just drinks, at the hotel, after a busy day sightseeing. Our feedback is given with sincerity and is not a complaint. The hotel is beautiful and we would return. There are just some tweaks which would have made our experience better.
